Dissertation:"Ltheory of separation of powers: Gvaluereferences in construction andcomplete the systemN"The rule of law in Vietnam today"This is an in-depth research project that presents several new perspectives, as follows:
- To systematize the basic contents of the theory of separation of powers and identify the theoretical and practical values of the theory of separation of powers in human political practice.
- Propose several solutions based on the rational values of the theory of separation of powers in building and perfecting the state apparatus to meet the requirements of building a socialist rule of law state of the people, by the people, and for the people in our country today.
11. Practical applications:
- The research findings of this dissertation will serve as a reference for learning from the experience of other countries in organizing their state apparatus, as well as applying the values of the theory of separation of powers in organizing their state apparatus. At the same time, it will draw lessons from the construction and improvement of our state apparatus in previous periods, aiming to find appropriate solutions for reforming the state apparatus and promoting the construction and improvement of a rule-of-law state apparatus in Vietnam today.
- The research findings of this dissertation are valuable as reference material for research institutions on the reform of our state apparatus, and for teaching and learning political science, legal science, and management science.
12. Future research directions:
Clarifying the issue of checks and balances between the legislative, executive, and judicial branches within the state apparatus and the sanctions for their implementation.

The thesis:“Decentralization theory: Reference value in building and perfecting the legitimate system in Vietnam nowadays”is an intensive research and provides new findings as follow:
Systematized the basic content of decentralization theory and determine the theoretical value, the decentralization theory in political reality of humanity practice.
Proposed solutions in reference to the value of decentralization theory in organizational renewal and operation of the government system to meet the requirements of building a socialist law-governed of the people, by the People, for the People in our country today.
11. Practical ability:
Thesis research results will be useful for reference and learning experience in organizing legitimate system as well as refer to the logical value of decentralization theory in organizing the legitimate system of other countries. It also conducted the experience in building and completing the legitimate system in our country in the previous period in order to find appropriate solutions to renew the legitimate system and boost the construction activity and complete the legitimate system in our country nowadays.
The result of this study is a reference source for the research institutions in renewing the legitimate system in our country, also for teaching and learning of political science, science and scientific management.

Clarifying the issue of control of power between the legislature, executive and judiciary in the legitimate system of the country and implementation of sanctions.
