10. Summary of the new findings of the thesis:
- Systematizing and generalizing Fukuzawa Yukichi's educational ideas from a philosophical perspective, pointing out the necessity of their formation and the reciprocal relationship between those ideas and contemporary Japanese society.
- For the first time, this study analyzes and evaluates from a philosophical perspective the influence of Fukuzawa Yukichi's educational reform ideas on Vietnam in the early 20th century, not only in terms of the ideological transformation of the feudal Confucian scholar class but also its impact on their actions, as manifested in the modernization movements, especially the Dong Du movement and the Dong Kinh Nghia Thuc school.

- To be used as a reference for teaching, learning, and researching the history of Japanese philosophy, the history of Vietnamese thought, the history of Eastern philosophy, and the philosophy of education.

10. Summary of the new findings of the thesis:
- The thesis has systematized and generalized Fukuzawa Yukichi's ideas of education from the philosophic angle as well as indicating the inevitability of the establishment and causal relationship of those ideas with Japan's social contemporary ideas.
- For the first time, the effects of FukuzawaYukichi's ideas of education on Vietnam in the early twentieth century are analyzed and evaluated from the philosophical angle, pointing out not only the change in thoughts of feudal Confucian scholars but also their actions in Modernization movements, particularly the movement “Dong Du” (literally translated as “Travelling to the East”) and “Dong Kinh Nghia Thuc” (literally as “Dong Kinh free school”).
11. Practical applicability:
- The thesis can be used as a reference in teaching, learning and researching history of Japanese philosophical history, history of Vietnamese thoughts, history of Eastern philosophy and educational philosophy.
