11. Summary of new results of the thesis:

- The thesis has clarified a number of theoretical issues of moral education for students of Hanoi National University in the current context of international integration: the connotation of the concept of moral education for students, the context of international integration with many opportunities and challenges posing the requirement of moral education for students of Hanoi National University, educational content, forms, methods and conditions to ensure moral education.

- The thesis contributes to clarifying the characteristics of students at Hanoi National University and has provided objective assessments of the current status of moral education for students at Hanoi National University, pointing out the causes of the current status and issues raised in moral education for students at Hanoi National University in the current context of international integration.

On that basis, the thesis proposes a number of directions and solutions to contribute to improving the effectiveness of moral education for students of Hanoi National University in the current context of international integration. The six solutions proposed include: Raising awareness of the subjects about the role and importance of moral education for students of Hanoi National University in the current context of international integration; Innovating the content, form and method of moral education to build modern Hanoi National University students who are both virtuous and talented; Enhancing the positivity, self-awareness in studying and practicing morality for students of Hanoi National University in the current context of international integration; Building a truly healthy university environment, while strengthening legal awareness education for students of Hanoi National University today; Continuing to promote the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style in the spirit of Directive 05-CT/TW of the Politburo, Session XII; Expanding international cooperation, proactively absorbing the quintessence of human culture in moral education for students of Hanoi National University.

The groups of solutions are closely related to each other on both theoretical and practical levels. For those solutions to be implemented, there needs to be synchronous coordination between educational subjects and to enhance the initiative of self-education of students themselves and their organizations and unions. Therefore, along with the solutions, it is necessary to take into account the conditions of the solutions, turning the solutions from possibilities into reality in moral education activities.

12. Practical application:

The research results of the thesis can be used as reference material in teaching, learning and researching ethics and moral education for students.

At the same time, the results of the thesis can also be useful references for managers and educators of Hanoi National University to self-evaluate the work of moral education for students in the past time and find appropriate measures to improve the effectiveness of moral education for students of their unit.

13. Further research directions:The thesis limits the scope of research to moral education for students of Hanoi National University in the context of current international integration through a survey of Vietnamese students of member schools and affiliated faculties of Hanoi National University from 2007-2018 (survey data from 2013 to 2018). Research and survey on moral education for students of Hanoi National University in other periods of time, other contexts... will open up new research directions in other research projects.

- The thesis has clarified a number of moral reasoning issues for Vietnam National University Hanoi students in the current context of international integration: the conception of moral education for students, the context of internationalization with many opportunities and challenges posing the need for ethical education for students of Vietnam National University Hanoi, the content of education, forms, methods and conditions to ensure moral education.

- The thesis contributes to the specificity of Vietnam National University Hanoi students and has made objective assessments of the current state of moral education for students in the university, pointing out the causes of the current situation and issues being raised in moral education for Vietnam National University Hanoi students in the context of international integration today.

- On that basis, the thesis made recommendations on a number of orientations and solutions to improve the effectiveness of ethics education for Vietnam National University Hanoi students in the current context of international integration. The six solutions being proposed include: Raising the awareness of stakeholders about the role and importance of moral education for Vietnam National University Hanoi students in the context of international integration; Renovating the contents, forms and methods of moral education with an aim to build students of the university with both modern and virtuous features; Enhancing the positive, self-learning and ethical training for students of Vietnam National University Hanoi in the context of international integration today; Building a truly healthy university environment and at the same time strengthening the law education for students of VNUH; Continuing to promote the study and follow Ho Chi Minh ideology, morality and style in the spirit of the Politburo's Directive No. 05-CT/TW, Term XII; Expanding the international cooperation and actively absorbing the quintessence of human culture in moral education for students of Vietnam National University Hanoi.

Solutions groups are closely related in both theoretical and practical aspects. In order for such solutions to be implemented there needs to be a synergy between the educational stakeholders and the self-education autonomy of the students themselves and their organizations. Consequently, the solution must take into account the conditionalization of solutions, transferring the solutions from the possibility of being realized in moral education activities.

At the same time, the results of the thesis may also be useful references for managers and educators of Vietnam National University Hanoi to self-assess ethical education for students in the past and find appropriate measures to improve the effectiveness of ethics education for their students.
