3.1. Main results
- This dissertation presents the foundations for the formation and development of Jiddu Krishnamurti's educational philosophy. It systematizes and generalizes his educational ideas from a philosophical perspective, pointing out the necessity of their formation and development for social existence in countries such as India, the United States, and the United Kingdom, as evidenced by the emergence and development of some schools there. It also highlights the reference value of Krishnamurti's educational ideas for the current state of education in Vietnam.
- Theoretically: The thesis clarifies Jiddu Krishnamurti's educational philosophy, pointing out the positive aspects and limitations of these ideas; clarifies Jiddu Krishnamurti's contributions to world education through the study of schools he founded in India, England, and the United States; and demonstrates the reference value of Jiddu Krishnamurti's educational ideas for the current educational system in Vietnam.
- In practical terms: This dissertation can serve as a reference for teaching, learning, and researching the history of Indian philosophy, the history of Eastern philosophy, and the philosophy of education.
3.2. Conclusion
Among the issues that Krishnamurti was concerned with, education was always the most frequently mentioned topic. His educational philosophy is clearly expressed in the purpose and fundamental principles of education, as well as the role of educators.
Krishnamurti's educational ideas, as outlined above, share many similarities with the views of other educators such as Socrates, Confucius, Plato, Aristotle, Karl Marx, and Ho Chi Minh. Krishnamurti was one of the pioneers who paved the way for modern education – an education full of humanistic values.
- In the context of Vietnam's current education system, his ideas on education offer many valuable insights and lessons for us to learn from.
