11. Summary of new results of the thesis:

The thesis conducts a relatively comprehensive and systematic study of the development of China's cultural industry in the context of the country's efforts to increase its soft power from the early years of the 21st century to the present. The thesis analyzes in depth the theoretical and practical basis for the development of China's cultural industry, especially clarifying related connotations. According to the thesis, cultural industry is a group of creative production industries that focus on exploiting economic values ​​in cultural identity, on the basis of applying the achievements of science, engineering and technology to produce and trade cultural services and products to serve the spiritual life of the masses and create wealth for society, protected by copyright.

The thesis studies the impact context and development practices of China's cultural industry. The thesis analyzes in depth the specific policies, outstanding achievements and existing limitations of China's cultural industry in the two-way impact with the Government's efforts to increase soft power. The cultural industry is both an economic and a cultural industry, so in addition to the material values ​​it brings, China's cultural industry also plays a prominent role in enhancing national influence. On the contrary, in that context, China's cultural industry has gradually developed to become a new bright spot of the Chinese economy.

The thesis focuses on assessing the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges of the development of the Chinese cultural industry. At the same time, based on the analysis of similar cultural, economic, political and geographical conditions between Vietnam and China, the thesis has pointed out the changes and impacts on the Vietnamese cultural industry.

The thesis will be a useful reference for research and teaching on Chinese culture in general and the Chinese cultural industry in particular. At the same time, the thesis contributes to providing scientific evidence for reference for Vietnamese policy makers in the process of building and developing the cultural industry.

11. Summary of the new findings of the thesis:

The thesis conducts fairly comprehensive and systematic research about Chinese cultural industry under the context that the country has been promoting soft strength since the early XXI century. The theoretical and practical basis of the development of Chinese cultural industry is analyzed; especially the related contents are also clarified in this thesis. According to the study, cultural industry, which belongs to group of creative industries, concentrates on exploiting economic values ​​of cultural identity based on the application science, technology achievements to produce and distribute services for spiritual life of citizens, create wealth for society. It is protected by copyright.

The thesis also explores the contexts and impacts of the Chinese cultural industry's development. The study analyzes the specific policies, outstanding achievements, and remaining limits of Chinese cultural industry in two – way impact on the effort of increasing soft power from the government. Cultural industry is both economic and cultural branch, therefore, beyond material values, it plays a prominent role in enhancing national influences. In this context, Chinese cultural industry has gradually grown to become a new rising industry of the Chinese economy.

The focus focuses on accessing the opportunities, challenges and propects of Chinese cultural industry's development. At the same time, by analyzing the similarities in cultural, economic, political and geographic conditions between Vietnam and China, the thesis points out changes and impacts on Vietnamese cultural industry.
