- The dissertation clarifies Ho Chi Minh's thought on the democratic republican political system.

- The dissertation clarifies the process by which Ho Chi Minh directed the construction of the political system of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam from 1945 to 1969.

- This dissertation clarifies the value of the democratic republican political system model chosen and directed by Ho Chi Minh in Vietnam. It then relates this to the construction and improvement of the current socialist rule of law state in Vietnam.

It could be applied to the process of building and improving the rule of law socialist State in Vietnam now.
