Contribute to clarifying the awareness of the implementation of the National Assembly's function of supervising state power, and at the same time adding new awareness to the process of building political science in general, and political-legal ideology in Vietnam in particular.

In practice:

At the same time, draw experience in organizing the supervision activities of the National Assembly, promote the enhancement of the effectiveness of the supervision activities of our National Assembly. The Thesis can be used as reference material for researchers, students and teachers of Political Science, Party Building, Public Policy...

12. Further research directions:

With the requirements of practice, especially the requirements of building a truly socialist rule-of-law State of the people, by the people and for the people, it is necessary to continue to innovate both the organization and operation of the National Assembly in performing its functions. The Resolution of the Communist Party of Vietnam always affirms the policy of improving the quality, effectiveness and efficiency of the supervisory activities of the National Assembly and People's Councils, clearly defining the scope and content of the supervisory mechanism of the National Assembly and its Committees. Although in recent years, the supervisory activities of the National Assembly have made much progress, in general, there are still certain limitations, failing to meet the increasingly high requirements in the activities of the National Assembly, making the quality of supervision ineffective.

In terms of awareness, the concept of supreme supervision of the National Assembly and supervision of the National Assembly's agencies is still unclear; the subject of supervision is too broad, not really suitable, the content of supervision is unclear, so it is not determined which subject, which work is the focus, which needs to be focused in supervision activities, so supervision activities are not feasible; the determination of the purpose of supervision is not clear, leading to the determination of the subject of supervision being inaccurate. The form of supervision is not yet diverse, so it is ineffective. There is a lack of time, human resources, information and other conditions to ensure supervision activities...

Therefore, to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the National Assembly's supervisory activities in the process of building a socialist rule-of-law state in Vietnam, it is necessary to clarify not only the theory but also the practice of the National Assembly's supervisory activities and, on that basis, propose viewpoints, directions and solutions that meet practical requirements.

Therefore, the topic: "Implementing the function of supervising state power of the National Assembly of Vietnam today" is a topical and urgent issue in both theory and practice. Therefore, it needs to be researched in many specific aspects and have more investment in the following works, such as:

- Continue to research and further clarify the role of the National Assembly as well as the implementation of the National Assembly's function of supervising state power.

- Continue to delve into theoretical research on the role of the Vietnamese National Assembly in the socialist rule-of-law state, thereby deeply analyzing and evaluating the current situation of the National Assembly performing the function of supervising state power on the basis of a multidimensional approach, because the National Assembly in Vietnam is not only the highest state power body but also the highest representative body of the people.

- Continue to conduct more specific research to find “correct” and “accurate” solutions to improve the functions of the National Assembly. Thereby, contributing to further enhancing the role of the Vietnamese National Assembly in performing the function of supervising state power.

With the demands of reality, especially the demands of the building of the socialist law-governed State, of the people, by the people and for the people, it is necessary to continue to innovate both in terms of organizational structure and operation of the nation. Assembly in the implementation of its functions. The resolution of the Communist Party of Vietnam always affirms the guideline "To improve the quality, effectiveness and effectiveness of the supervisory activities of the National Assembly and the People's Councils, clearly define the scope and content of the mechanism. Congressional oversight, Congressional committees. "Although there has been progress in the past few years, Congressional oversight has made some of progress, but in general there are certain limitations that have not yet been met. Increasing demand in the operation of the National Assembly, resulting in poor quality of supervision.

In terms of perception, the conception of parliamentary supremacy and the oversight of Congressional agencies is unclear; The monitoring is too broad and not suitable, supervision content is unclear, therefore, the target group has not been identified, which is the focus and needs to be concentrated in monitoring activities. Incorrect targeting of monitoring results in accurate targeting of the target. The monitoring method is not diversified so it is not effective. Lack of time, manpower, information and other security conditions for monitoring activities.

Therefore, in order to improve the effectiveness and effectiveness of the National Assembly's monitoring activities in the process of building the ARVN, not only the theoretical but also the practicality of the NA's monitoring and The department will present the views, directions and solutions that meet the practical requirements set out.

. Therefore, the topic of monitoring the state power of the National Assembly of Vietnam today is a timely and urgent issue both in theory and practice. Therefore, it should be studied in many aspects and more investment in the next works, such as:

On the basis of multi-dimensional approach, the National Assembly in Vietnam is not only the highest state power organ but also the representative body of the people.

- Continue to study more specifically, to find "correct" and "winning" solutions to improve the function of the Assembly. Thereby contributes to the further enhancement of the role of the National Assembly in the performance of the function of overseeing state power.
