On that basis, the thesis proposes requirements and solutions to effectively apply Ho Chi Minh's thought on Party discipline in Party rectification today.

The research object of the thesis is: The system of Ho Chi Minh's viewpoints on Party discipline and the application of those viewpoints in current Party rectification.

However, besides the results have been achieved, the Party discipline still exists many limitations and limitations. The effectiveness of disciplinary and law enforcement is not high. Facing this situation, it is necessary to continue applying and developing Ho Chi Minh's thought on Party discipline in a more thorough and profound way in order to ensure the successful implementation of political tasks and Party rectification in the new revolutionary period.
