1. Purpose and research objects of the thesis
Research purpose:In carrying out this research topic, we determine the purpose of clarifying the basis of formation, characteristics and main contents of Ho Chi Minh's tolerance. At the same time, applying the value of Ho Chi Minh's tolerance to the practice of innovation in some fields in our country today.
Research object: The thesis identifies the research object as: Ho Chi Minh's tolerance expressed in his theoretical viewpoints, cultural personality and practical activities.
2. Research methods used
To carry out the thesis, the author relies on the theoretical foundations of dialectical materialism and historical materialism; the viewpoint of our Party on tolerance. The research methods used in the process of carrying out the thesis are dialectical materialism, historical philosophy research method, comparative method, generalization method, analysis and synthesis, unifying logic and history. At the same time, the author also uses interdisciplinary methods of cultural philosophy, philosophy of values in the spirit of closely combining theory with practice.
3. Main results and conclusions
3.1. Main results
The thesis presents and analyzes the concept of tolerance, Ho Chi Minh's tolerance, and clarifies the basis for the formation of Ho Chi Minh's tolerance..On that basis, the thesis contributes to systematizing the content and main characteristics of Ho Chi Minh's tolerance from a philosophical approach. At the same time, applying the value of Ho Chi Minh's tolerance to the practice of innovation in a number of fields in our country today.
In theory, the thesis contributes to in-depth research to clarify and systematize the perception and application of Ho Chi Minh's tolerance into the current innovation practice in our country.
In practiceThe research results of the thesis can be used as reference material for teaching, studying and researching Ho Chi Minh's thought in particular and the history of Vietnamese thought in general.
3.2. Conclusion
1. Tolerance in history until today is one of the terms that is quite commonly used in the fields of social life and relations between peoples on the international level. Although used in many different meanings, the idea of tolerance has always been an ethical and cultural value that has been formed and developed in different periods, existing and influencing at different levels in both Western and Eastern societies. Up to now, the concept of tolerance has been used consistently in the UNESCO Declaration declared in 1995. Tolerance is now not only an idea, a call but has become an international legal tool, playing a role in orienting activities in all different fields of social life, aimed at all subjects and becoming a common value for all humanity, becoming a true philosophical issue.
2. In Vietnam, due to the special conditions of history and culture, the values of tolerance and humanity soon became the fine traditional values of the nation throughout thousands of years of building and defending the country. That tradition continued to be inherited, developed and sublimated in the life, personality, ideology and career of Ho Chi Minh. In response to the country's requirements, on the basis of inheriting the nation's tradition of tolerance, Ho Chi Minh distilled and assimilated the quintessence of ancient - modern - Eastern - Western tolerant culture of humanity to enrich his own intelligence and to complete, modernize and enrich the traditional tolerant ideology. In particular, he raised the traditional tolerant ideology to a new level by combining it with the humanistic spirit of communist humanism. The tolerant ideology became his important orientation in the process of finding a way to save the country and practicing the struggle for national liberation and national construction.
3. Ho Chi Minh's tolerance contains universal, profound and consistent content from his thoughts to his practical activities. Ho Chi Minh's tolerance is specifically expressed in economics, in politics; tolerance in culture; tolerance in ethics; in religion; in his military policies and ideology. In every area of economic, political and social life, he always exudes a profound spirit of tolerance. On the other hand, Ho Chi Minh's tolerance is always of a popular nature, associated with the cause of national liberation and building a strong and prosperous country to bring and maintain universal rights for people. That is freedom, happiness and peace for people.
4. Ho Chi Minh's tolerance reflects the great requirements and tasks of the times, illuminating the development path of the Vietnamese people. Especially, in the current context of globalization, besides development opportunities, our country is also facing great challenges in all areas of social life. Therefore, applying and promoting the traditional values of Vietnamese tolerance in general, and Ho Chi Minh's tolerance in particular, will contribute to stabilizing and developing the economy; building a democratic and civilized political system; building and developing an advanced culture imbued with national identity; building an independent, autonomous and integrated foreign policy; building the morality of modern Vietnamese people; building a great religious solidarity bloc and developing a strong military in the face of the risks that globalization may bring. Thereby, contributing to the successful implementation of the country's industrialization and modernization towards the goal of "Rich people, strong country, democracy, equality and civilization" in the socialist orientation.

Research Objects: The thesis defined research subjects as: Ho Chi Minh's tolerance is represented in Ho Chi Minh's theoretical, cultural perspectives and practical activities.
To do the thesis, the author relies on the argument that the opinions of dialectical materialism and historical materialism; Our Party's opinions on tolerance. Research methods used in the implementation of the thesis such as: material dialectics, historical philosophy research, comparison, generalization, analysis and synthesis, the unity between logic and history. Simultaneously, the author uses interdisciplinary methods of cultural philosophy, value philosophy in the spirit of combining theory with reality.

In practical terms, the results of the thesis can be used as a reference for teaching, studying and researching Ho Chi Minh's thought in particular and the history of Vietnamese thought in general.
3.2.Conclusions
1. Nowadays tolerance in history is one of the most commonly used terms in the fields of social life and relations between nations on international aspect. Although it is used in many different meanings, the idea of tolerance is always a moral value, culture is formed and developed in different periods, exists and influences at different levels in society of both Western and Oriental. To present, the connotation of tolerance used unitedly in the declaration of UNESCO was proclaimed in 1995. Tolerance is not only a thought, but also a call that has become an international legal instrument. It has the role of directing activities in all the different spheres of social life, which towards all objects and becomes the common value of all mankind and a true philosophical problem.
2. In Vietnam, due to the special conditions of history and culture, the tolerance and kindness of the people soon became the traditional good values of the nation during thousands of years of building and defending for the country. The tradition continues to be inherited, developed and sublimated in the life, personality, thought and career of Ho Chi Minh. At the request of the country, on the basis of inheriting the tradition of tolerance of the nation, Ho Chi Minh has filtered and transformed the quintessence of cultural tolerance Past – Present – East – West to enrich personal intelligence, to make full, modern, abundant the tranditional tolerence thought. Especially, Ho Chi Minh raised the traditional tolerance to a new height by incorporating the humanistic spirit of communist communistism. Tolerance has become an important direction of people in the process of going out to find a way to save the country and practice the struggle for national liberation and national construction.
3. Ho Chi Minh's tolerance contains a universal, profound and consistent inclusion from thought to his practical activity. The content of Ho Chi Minh's tolerance expressed in detail in economic, political; In culture; morality; morality; in religion; in his military lines and thoughts. Thus, contributes to the successful implementation of the industrialization and modernization of the country towards the goal of "rich people, strong country, democracy, justice and civilization" in the direction of socialism.
