Research objectives:In conducting this research, we aim to clarify the foundations, characteristics, and main contents of Ho Chi Minh's tolerance. Simultaneously, we seek to apply the values of Ho Chi Minh's tolerance to the practical implementation of reforms in several areas in our country today.
Research subjectsThe dissertation identifies the research subject as: Ho Chi Minh's tolerance as expressed in his theoretical views, cultural personality, and practical activities.
2. Research methods used
To complete this dissertation, the author relies on the theoretical foundations of dialectical materialism and historical materialism, as well as the Party's viewpoint on tolerance. The research methods employed include dialectical materialism, the historical-philosophical research method, comparative analysis, generalization, analysis, synthesis, and the unification of logic and history. Simultaneously, the author utilizes interdisciplinary methods from the philosophy of culture and the philosophy of values, closely integrating theory with practice.
3. Main results and conclusions
3.1. Main results
This dissertation presents and analyzes the concept of tolerance, Ho Chi Minh's tolerance, and clarifies the basis for the formation of Ho Chi Minh's tolerance..Based on this, the thesis contributes to systematizing the content and main characteristics of Ho Chi Minh's tolerance from a philosophical perspective. At the same time, it applies the value of Ho Chi Minh's tolerance to the practical implementation of reforms in several areas in Vietnam today.
In theoryThis dissertation contributes to in-depth research, clarifying and systematizing the understanding and application of Ho Chi Minh's tolerance in the current reform process in our country.

3.2. Conclusion
1. Tolerance, from its historical context to the present day, is one of the terms most commonly used in various aspects of social life and international relations. Although used in many different meanings, the concept of tolerance has always been a moral and cultural value that has developed and evolved throughout history, existing and influencing societies in both the West and the East to varying degrees. Today, the concept of tolerance is uniformly defined in the UNESCO Declaration of 1995. Tolerance is no longer just an idea or a call to action, but has become a legally binding international tool, guiding activities in all areas of social life, oriented towards all people, and becoming a common value for all humanity, a genuine philosophical issue.
2. In Vietnam, due to its unique historical and cultural conditions, the values of tolerance and compassion have long been cherished traditions of the nation throughout thousands of years of nation-building and defense. This tradition continued to be inherited, developed, and elevated in the life, personality, thoughts, and career of Ho Chi Minh. Responding to the nation's needs, and building upon the nation's tradition of tolerance, Ho Chi Minh refined and adapted the essence of tolerance from ancient and modern, Eastern and Western cultures to enrich his own intellect and to fully modernize and enrich traditional tolerant thought. In particular, he elevated traditional tolerant thought to a new level by combining it with the humanistic spirit of communist humanism. Tolerance became a crucial guiding principle for him in his journey to find a path to national salvation and in the struggle for national liberation and nation-building.
3. Ho Chi Minh's tolerance embodies a universal, profound, and consistent meaning, from his thought to his practical actions. This tolerance is specifically manifested in his economic and political views; in culture; in ethics; in religion; and in his military doctrine and ideology. In every aspect of economic, political, and social life, his spirit of profound tolerance always shines through. Furthermore, Ho Chi Minh's tolerance is always people-oriented, linked to the cause of national liberation and the building of a prosperous nation, aiming to bring about and maintain universal human rights: freedom, happiness, and peace.
4. Ho Chi Minh's tolerance reflects the great demands and tasks of the era, illuminating the path of development for the Vietnamese nation. Especially in the current context of globalization, alongside opportunities for development, our country is also facing enormous challenges in all areas of social life. Therefore, applying and promoting the traditional values of Vietnamese tolerance in general, and Ho Chi Minh's tolerance in particular, will contribute to economic stability and development; building a democratic and civilized political system; building and developing an advanced culture rich in national identity; building an independent, self-reliant, and integrated foreign policy; building the ethics of modern Vietnamese people; building religious unity; and developing a strong military against the dangers that globalization may bring. Thereby, contributing to the successful implementation of the industrialization and modernization of the country, moving towards the goal of "a prosperous people, a strong nation, democracy, fairness, and civilization" according to the socialist orientation.

1. Thesis Purpose and objectives
Purpose:To carry out this study, we determined the purpose of clarifying the foundations, characteristics and main contents of Ho Chi Minh's tolerance. Simultaneously, applying the value of Ho Chi Minh's tolerance into the practice of innovation in a number of fields in our country nowadays
Research Objects: The thesis defined research subjects as: Ho Chi Minh's tolerance is represented in Ho Chi Minh's theoretical, cultural perspectives and practical activities.
To do the thesis, the author relies on the argument that the opinions of dialectical materialism and historical materialism; Our Party's opinions on tolerance. Research methods used in the implementation of the thesis such as: material dialectics, historical philosophy research, comparison, generalization, analysis and synthesis, the unity between logic and history. Simultaneously, the author uses interdisciplinary methods of cultural philosophy, value philosophy in the spirit of combining theory with reality.

Based on that, the thesis contributes the systemization of content and the main characteristics of Ho Chi Minh's tolerance from the perspective of philosophical approach. Concurrently, applying the value of Ho Chi Minh's tolerance into the practice of innovation in a number of fields in our country today.
In theory, the thesis contributed to deepening the study to clarify and systematize in terms of perception, and applied Ho Chi Minh's tolerance to the practice of innovation in our country today.
In practical terms, the results of the thesis can be used as a reference for teaching, studying and researching Ho Chi Minh's thought in particular and the history of Vietnamese thought in general.
3.2.Revisions
1. Nowadays tolerance in history is one of the most commonly used terms in the fields of social life and relations between nations on international aspect. Although it is used in many different meanings, the idea of tolerance is always a moral value, culture is formed and developed in different periods, exists and influences at different levels in society of both Western and Oriental. To present, the connotation of tolerance used unitedly in the declaration of UNESCO was proclaimed in 1995. Tolerance is not only a thought, but also a call that has become an international legal instrument. It has the role of directing activities in all the different spheres of social life, which towards all objects and becomes the common value of all mankind and a true philosophical problem.
2. In Vietnam, due to the special conditions of history and culture, the tolerance and kindness of the people soon became the traditional good values of the nation during thousands of years of building and defending for the country. The tradition continues to be inherited, developed and sublimated in the life, personality, thought and career of Ho Chi Minh. At the request of the country, on the basis of inheriting the tradition of tolerance of the nation, Ho Chi Minh has filtered and transformed the quintessence of cultural tolerance Past – Present – East – West to enrich personal intelligence, to make full, modern, abundant the tranditional tolerence thought. Especially, Ho Chi Minh raised the traditional tolerance to a new height by incorporating the humanistic spirit of communist communistism. Tolerance has become an important direction of people in the process of going out to find a way to save the country and practice the struggle for national liberation and national construction.
3. Ho Chi Minh's tolerance contains a universal, profound and consistent inclusion from thought to his practical activity. The content of Ho Chi Minh's tolerance expressed in detail in economic, political; In culture; morality; morality; in religion; in his military lines and thoughts. In every area of economic life, politics - society, he always exalted the spirit of deep tolerance from inside. Therefore, the application and promotion of traditional values of tolerance in general, Ho Chi Minh's tolerance in particular will contribute to stability and economic development; building democracy and civilized politics; To build and develop an advanced culture deeply imbued with national identity; building an independent foreign policy, autonomy and integration; building ethics for modern Vietnamese; build a great religious unity and develop a strong military against the risks that globalization can bring. Thus, contributes to the successful implementation of the industrialization and modernization of the country towards the goal of "rich people, strong country, democracy, justice and civilization" in the direction of socialism.
