-Research purpose of the thesis:

The thesis clarifies Ho Chi Minh's thoughts on practicing democracy in the ruling Communist Party of Vietnam. From there, it applies them to evaluate the current state of democratic practice in the Party over 30 years of renovation, points out the issues raised and proposes directions to promote democratic practice in the Party with Party building according to Ho Chi Minh's thoughts today.

- Research object of the thesis:

Systematizing Ho Chi Minh's views on practicing democracy in the ruling Communist Party of Vietnam and orienting the promotion of democratic practice in the Party with Party building according to Ho Chi Minh's thought today.

The thesis is to clarify Ho Chi Minh ideology about the role, content, methodology and conditions practice democracy in the communist party of Viet Nam ruling. Since, applying Ho Chi Minh ideology on analyzing the fact of democratic practice of the Party after 30 years of revolution, clarifying the issues and proposing the orientation of practice democracy in the Communist party in accordance with the current Ho Chi Minh's ideology.

- The object of the thesis research:

Systemizing the Ho Chi Minh point of view on the democratic parties in the current ruling of communist Party of Vietnam and orienting the democratic practice in the Communist party with current party building in accordance with Ho Chi Minh's ideology.
