- Conduct in-depth research on each aspect of Ho Chi Minh's thought regarding the combination of ethics and law, thereby affirming the scientific and revolutionary value of Ho Chi Minh's thought, and the Party and State's viewpoint on the combination of ethics and law in building a state of the people, by the people, and for the people in Vietnam today.

- Continue researching and clarifying the role and nature of the combination of ethics and law in building a state of the people, by the people, and for the people. In particular, further clarify the interactions between ethics and law in the context of building a socialist rule of law state in Vietnam today.

- Focus on in-depth research into the practical value of Ho Chi Minh's thought on the combination of ethics and law in the context of building a state of the people, by the people, and for the people in Vietnam today. Such combination involves awareness and practice on the basis which is scientific and suitable to the reality. Thesis research result is the first state, the basis, condition for keeping deeply research in combination with the incessant movement of the current and new situation. As a result, researching the content “Ho Chi Minh's ideology on the combination of morality and law in building a nation of the people, by the people and for the people - Content and value” has suggested many next research orientations, such as:

- Deeply research each content of Ho Chi Minh's ideology on the combination of morality and law, from which scientific and revolutionary values ​​of Ho Chi Minh's ideology on the combination of morality and law in building a nation of the people, by the people and for the people in Vietnam at present time have been confirmed.
