- The thesis identified the current state of building and maintaining social capital among young human resources in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City through social networks;

- Clarifying the reality of utilizing the social capital of young human resources in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City in recruitment, training, appointment; performing public duties, and increasing income;

- Assessing the role of social capital in the workplace environment of young workers in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, from recruitment and training to appointment; public service performance, income improvement, etc.

- To provide recommendations to promote the positive manifestations and mitigate the negative manifestations of the role of social capital in the development of young human resources now and in the near future in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.

12. Practical applications:

This dissertation contributes to a more comprehensive overview of empirical research on social capital and its role in the development of resources, including human resources. The scientific and practical arguments of this study can be used as a reference for research and teaching on social capital and its role in the development of human resources in general and young human resources in particular.

- Put forward recommendations to promote the positive points and limit the negative ones of the role of social capital in the development of young human resources today and in the coming years in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.
