11. Summary of the new findings of the thesis:
First,This dissertation analyzes the key concepts: ethics, building the Party on ethics, and Ho Chi Minh's thought on building the Party on ethics. Through the study of works and practical experience, the dissertation systematizes and analyzes the content of Ho Chi Minh's thought on building the Party on ethics; clarifying the theoretical and practical values of this thought.
SecondThis thesis analyzes the factors affecting the Party's ethical development from 2011 to the present, clearly identifying both favorable impacts and difficulties and challenges; thereby assessing the current state of building the Vietnamese Communist Party's ethics according to Ho Chi Minh's thought; and analyzing the issues that need to be addressed.
Third isBased on the theoretical framework of Ho Chi Minh Thought, this dissertation analyzes the factors affecting the Party's ethical development during the period 2011-2019. It assesses the achievements and limitations, identifying the causes of these successes and limitations in building the Party's ethics according to Ho Chi Minh Thought. From this current situation, the dissertation analyzes the issues that need further attention.
Fourth isThis thesis forecasts how the global and domestic situation will continue to impact the building of the Party's ethics in the vision from 2020 to 2025. Based on this, it proposes directions and some solutions to improve the effectiveness of building the Party's ethics in the current period according to Ho Chi Minh's thought.
