One is, the thesis analyzes the concepts of tools: ethics, Party building on ethics, Ho Chi Minh's thought on Party building on ethics. From the study of works and practical activities, the thesis systematizes and analyzes the contents of Ho Chi Minh's thought on Party building on ethics; clarifies the theoretical and practical values ​​of the thought.

Two is, the thesis analyzes the factors affecting the Party building work on ethics from 2011 to present, clearly sees the favorable impacts and the difficulties and challenges; from there, evaluates the current status of building the Communist Party of Vietnam on ethics according to Ho Chi Minh's thought; analyzes the issues that need to be continued to be resolved.

Three is, based on the theoretical framework of Ho Chi Minh's thought, the thesis analyzes the factors affecting the work of Party building on ethics in the period 2011-2019. Evaluates the achievements and limitations, points out the causes of the achievements and limitations of Party building on ethics according to Ho Chi Minh's thought. From the current situation, the thesis analyzes the issues that need to be further resolved.
