Secondly, analyzing from the perspective of international relations on Japanese soft power in some outstanding practical manifestations in three fields: economic diplomacy, science and technology diplomacy and cultural diplomacy. In each field, the thesis analyzes the manifestation of soft power in both effectiveness and limitations. Thirdly, the thesis summarizes the limitations and possibilities for developing Japanese soft power. And from Japan's experience, the thesis makes some recommendations for developing Vietnamese soft power. 11.
