Thirdly, the thesis summarizes the limitations and potential for developing Japanese soft power. Based on Japan's experience, the thesis offers some suggestions for developing Vietnam's soft power. 11. Practical Applications: Academically, this thesis contributes to the study and understanding of soft power in general and Japanese soft power in particular, especially focusing on the process of implementing Japanese soft power. Practically, the thesis will serve as a reference document for learning and teaching in related fields. It can also be considered a source of information about Japan and a contributing opinion to the development of Vietnam's soft power strategy for foreign affairs agencies. 12.
