Summary of thesis results: Identifying similarities in geographical location, history, culture, potential, and the need for expanded cooperation between Vietnam and India, thereby clarifying the foundations of the traditional Vietnam-India relationship with its unique characteristics and challenges through many periods of global change. Attempting to systematically and comprehensively reconstruct the Vietnam-India relationship during the period 2001-2011, a period marking important milestones in elevating the relationship to new levels. This was also a period of significant international developments, requiring each country to strengthen its cooperation, integration, and implement new strategies in foreign relations to leverage external forces and consolidate its potential. By clarifying the foundations, bases for connection, and current state of bilateral relations, this work will highlight the outstanding characteristics and contributions of this relationship at three levels: national, regional, and international, while also providing predictions on the future development of this relationship. 12. Practical applications: This work contributes to enhancing understanding of the Vietnam-India strategic partnership in Vietnam's foreign policy orientation towards multilateralism, diversification, and in-depth development of relations. The work has value as a reference, synthesizing and analyzing events, and will serve as a reference document for teaching, research on India – one of the major countries of strategic importance to Vietnam – and research on Vietnam's foreign policy. 13.
