With the topic "Vietnam-Singapore Cultural and Educational Relations in the Early 21st Century," we have contributed to scientifically systematizing cultural and educational events between the two countries in the early 21st century. From this, we point out the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, prospects, and challenges in bilateral cooperation between Vietnam and Singapore in the key area of developing the internal strengths of both nations: culture and education. The thesis also clarifies other equally important areas in Vietnam-Singapore bilateral cooperation: trade, politics, etc., to serve as an introduction to a diverse and vibrant picture of cooperation between these two countries with many similarities. Finally, this thesis aims to provide researchers, managers, and policymakers interested in this topic with a wealth of resources. We also offer suggestions and lessons learned to contribute to strengthening the good relationship and prosperity of the two countries in particular and the ASEAN region in general.

The thesis also clarifies other significant areas in bilateral cooperative Vietnam - Singapore relation: trade, politics... for the introduction of the diversified and lively picture about the cooperation of the 2 countries that have many similarities.
