Besides the areas of concern for all nations in their development strategies such as economics, national security and defense, and socio-political affairs, the sustainability of each nation is also affirmed by preserving its national cultural identity, engaging and exchanging with the best of other cultures to enrich its own culture. Furthermore, in a flat world, a world of globalization, promoting the development of the knowledge economy is also emphasized; this thesis approaches and develops the topic based on this general trend. With the topic "Vietnam-Singapore Cultural and Educational Relations in the Early 21st Century," we have contributed to scientifically systematizing cultural and educational events between the two countries in the early 21st century. From this, we point out the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, prospects, and challenges in bilateral cooperation between Vietnam and Singapore in the key area of ​​developing the internal strengths of both nations: culture and education. The thesis also clarifies other equally important areas in Vietnam-Singapore bilateral cooperation: trade, politics, etc., to serve as an introduction to a diverse and vibrant picture of cooperation between these two countries with many similarities. Finally, this thesis aims to provide researchers, managers, and policymakers interested in this topic with a wealth of resources. We also offer suggestions and lessons learned to contribute to strengthening the good relationship and prosperity of the two countries in particular and the ASEAN region in general.

With the topic “Vietnam - Singapore educational, cultural relations in the early years of the 21st century”, we have contributed to codify cultural, educational events place in the early years of the 21st century between the two countries scientifically in order to point out the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, prospects as well as challenges in the bilateral cooperative relations between Vietnam and Singapore in the key areas: culture and education. The thesis also clarifies other significant areas in bilateral cooperative Vietnam - Singapore relation: trade, politics... for the introduction of the diversified and lively picture about the cooperation of the 2 countries that have many similarities. Finally, the thesis aims to help researchers, policy makers, those who are interested in this topic have more extensive resources. We've also proposed some useful experiences to contribute to the strengthening of two countries good relations as well as the prosperity of both countries in particular and ASEAN region as a whole.
