10. Summary of thesis results:
Thuong Tin is a suburban district of Hanoi Capital. In the district, there are 462 relics and religious works, of which 123 have been ranked (61 national relics, 62 city relics), most of which are over 300 years old, with architectural, historical and cultural values.
Faced with the impact of time and the strong urbanization process in recent years, relics in general and national relics in particular in Thuong Tin district have also faced risks of changes in the scale and architecture of the works. Although the state management of national relics in the district has achieved positive results in recent times: Leadership, direction, and issuance of state management documents on relics have been carried out promptly; propaganda activities have been regularly implemented; the work of ranking relics in the period of 2008 - 2020 has achieved many results. Besides the achieved results, there are still certain limitations such as the implementation of the document system to the grassroots level is still somewhat limited, the restoration and embellishment of relics is sometimes not timely due to limited funding compared to the large number of relics in the area. Therefore, State management of national relics in Thuong Tin district is an urgent issue.
Based on theoretical research, relevant legal documents and analysis of the current state management of national relics in Thuong Tin district, the author proposes solutions to improve the quality and effectiveness of state management of relics in the coming time such as: Completing the system of legal documents; perfecting the management apparatus and improving the quality of human resources; increasing investment and mobilizing socialization in relic restoration; solutions to promote the value of relics; inspection, examination, ensuring security and order in relics; Promoting and promoting the role of the community in relic management in the locality. These are practical solutions to contribute to improving the effectiveness of state management of national relics in Thuong Tin district. At the same time, it is a source of documents for those in charge of state management of relics in the district to refer to, study and apply in practice.
