10. Summary of the thesis results:
This thesis focuses on surveying, analyzing, and evaluating the current state of planning management at the Co Loa historical site, identifying several challenges facing management at the site. It draws conclusions and proposes solutions to further strengthen and improve the effectiveness of management in general, and planning management in particular, at the Co Loa historical site and other historical sites nationwide.
Based on that, the thesis puts forward several recommendations to further improve the effectiveness of management and planning at the Co Loa historical site, linking the preservation and promotion of the site's value with the development of Dong Anh district and Hanoi city.
The research results serve as a reference for planning management units at historical sites in general, and for units involved in the management of the Co Loa historical site – the main subject of this thesis.

10. Summary of the findings of the thesis: Co Loa Citadel is an important fortified settlement and archaeological site inDong Anh District, HaNoi Capital, in the upper plain north of theHong River.
From the reality, the author did the survey, analysis and assessment of management of Co Loa Citadel. The author points out some of real questions to the local management and proposed the actions to improve quality and efficiency by local management. It enhances and maintains Co Loa Citadel under Dong Anh District and Ha Noi Capital development.
The outcome of ethis will be a good research for government administration management organizations to do their plans and actual practices to other ancient constructions.
