10. Summary of thesis results:
The thesis has reviewed domestic and foreign works on tourist satisfaction with tourism products. On that basis, the author has systematized theoretical and practical issues on satisfaction and satisfaction assessment of Taiwanese tourists with sea tourism products (concepts, comments on satisfaction, forms of sea tourism products, factors affecting satisfaction, the importance of assessing tourist satisfaction with development...). By using observation methods, in-depth interviews, questionnaires... and using data processing tools: SPSS, Excel... the thesis has shown that the factors affecting the satisfaction of Taiwanese tourists with Da Nang sea tourism products are positively affected by 5 factors: Accommodation services for sea tourism; Sea resources and infrastructure; Sea tourism environment; Transportation and traffic services in sea areas; Entertainment, dining, sightseeing and shopping services in sea areas. With these factors, accommodation services for sea tourism are the factors that have the strongest impact, influence, and contribution to the satisfaction of Taiwanese tourists with sea tourism products. Entertainment, dining, sightseeing and shopping services in the sea area are the factors that have the weakest impact compared to the remaining factors. The thesis also proposed solutions and recommendations to improve the satisfaction of Taiwanese tourists, contributing positively to the development of Da Nang sea tourism products in the future such as: raising awareness and enhancing capacity for teams participating in tourism services at the beaches; building a sea tourism management board; supporting businesses in terms of capital, policy mechanisms, and technical facilities for sea tourism; connecting stakeholders in tourism development; promoting links with travel companies, and enhancing tourism promotion.
11. Practical applicability: Some contents may be useful for the People's Committee of Da Nang city in tourism development orientation.
