10. Summary of the thesis results:
This thesis provides an overview of domestic and international studies on tourist satisfaction with tourism products. Based on this, the author systematizes the theoretical and practical issues regarding the satisfaction and satisfaction levels of Taiwanese tourists with Da Nang's beach tourism products (concepts, perceptions of satisfaction, forms of beach tourism products, factors affecting satisfaction, the importance of assessing tourist satisfaction for development, etc.). Using observation, in-depth interviews, questionnaires, and data processing tools such as SPSS and Excel, the thesis shows that the factors influencing the satisfaction of Taiwanese tourists with Da Nang's beach tourism products are positively impacted by five factors: Accommodation services for beach tourism; Marine resources and infrastructure; Beach tourism environment; Transportation and traffic services in the beach area; Entertainment, dining, sightseeing, and shopping services in the beach area. With these factors, accommodation services for beach tourism have the strongest impact and contribution to the satisfaction of Taiwanese tourists with beach tourism products. Entertainment, dining, sightseeing, and shopping services in the beach area have the weakest impact compared to the other factors. The thesis also proposed solutions and recommendations to improve the satisfaction of Taiwanese tourists, contributing positively to the future development of Da Nang's beach tourism products, such as: raising awareness and strengthening the capacity of tourism service personnel at the beaches; establishing a beach tourism management board; supporting businesses with capital, policy mechanisms, and technical infrastructure for beach tourism; connecting stakeholders in tourism development; promoting linkages with travel companies, and enhancing tourism promotion.
11. Practical applications: Some of the content may be useful for the Da Nang City People's Committee in guiding tourism development.

The thesis has reviewed domestic and foreign works on community participation in tourism activities. On that basis, the author has systemized theoretical and practical issues on tourism about the participation of local communities in tourism activities (concepts, participants, levels of participation in tourism). Factors affecting participation, the role of community participation, etc.). The thesis also proposes solutions and recommendations to improve the satisfaction of Taiwanese tourists, actively contributing to the development of Da Nang beach tourism products in the future such as: awareness and capacity building for teams engaged in tourism services at beaches; building a marine tourism management board; supporting enterprises in capital sources, mechanisms and policies, material and technical foundations for sea tourism; engage stakeholders in tourism development; strengthen linkages with tour operators, strengthen tourism promotion.
