Recent social changes, particularly the Covid-19 pandemic, have demonstrated the multifaceted and unpredictable challenges that any national policy system must face and adapt to. In this context, policy advisory activities have become more urgent than ever. Adapting to a changing environment presents an opportunity for policy advisory organizations, including universities, to enhance and refine their advisory capacity and create a conducive environment for policy advice. Since its establishment, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi, has proactively developed policy advisory activities and organizations, contributing arguments to the policy-making process of Party and State agencies and stakeholders.
