The Trade Union II of the University Administration successfully organized the "Trade Union Congress for the term 2023 – 2028".

Attending the congress were Comrade Lai Quoc Khanh - Vice Principal of the school, Comrade Tran Thi Dieu - Vice President of the School's Trade Union; Comrade Nguyen Van Thuy - Secretary of the Party Branch, Head of the Administration and General Affairs Department; Comrade Kim Thi Diep Ha - President of Trade Union II, along with 38 trade union members of Trade Union II of the administrative block. The Congress approved the Report of the Executive Committee of the Trade Union II of the Administrative Block for the term 2017-2023, the direction and tasks for the term 2023-2028, the Review Report of the Trade Union Executive Committee for the term 2017-2023, and provided feedback on the draft Report of the Trade Union Executive Committee of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities.
During the past term, despite facing some difficulties, especially in the complex situation of the Covid-19 pandemic, the Trade Union II of the Rectorate, in coordination with the departmental trade unions, successfully organized activities and emulation movements; mobilized and propagated union members to effectively implement the programs set forth by the Executive Committee. The work of caring for and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of workers and union members was carried out regularly, seriously, and achieved good results. With continuous efforts, during the past term, the Trade Union II of the Rectorate was evaluated by the higher-level trade union as a strong union and received a certificate of merit from the Trade Union of Hanoi National University. Many union officials received certificates of merit from the Trade Union of Hanoi National University, and many officials received certificates of merit from the University's Trade Union.  
In addition, the report presented also outlined the specific operational direction of the Trade Union Executive Committee for the new term, including five main tasks and solutions, with a determination to continue innovating the content and methods of operation, building a stronger team of union members, officials, employees, and the school's Trade Union organization.
Also at the Congress, opinions closely followed the practical situation to propose a number of practical issues for the Trade Union II of the University's Administration in the next term, which need to continue to innovate in professional and technical work; develop a strong trade union organization; participate in Party building and development of Party members; promote emulation movements and study tours to contribute to the successful implementation of the trade union's tasks and the unit's professional tasks.
In a spirit of unity and democracy, the Second Congress of the Faculty's Trade Union elected the Executive Committee for the 2023-2028 term, consisting of three members: Ms. Kim Thi Diep Ha, Mr. Nguyen Tuan Anh, and Ms. Vuong Hoang Oanh. The Congress also voted to approve the Resolution and Action Program to implement the Resolution of the Faculty's Trade Union Congress for the 2023-2028 term and elected a delegation of 10 union members to attend the University's Trade Union Congress. The Second Congress of the Trade Union of the Administrative Block, for the term 2023-2028, was successfully held. All union members, officials, and employees of the Trade Union of the Administrative Block are determined to strive to successfully implement the Congress Resolution, contributing to the successful completion of the unit's political tasks.
