Scenes from the Congress
The Presidium presiding over the Congress consists of three members: Tran Xuan Hung, Pham Huy Cuong, and Doan Viet Hai.
The Congress adopted the Report summarizing the activities of the 2017-2023 term, and provided feedback on the operational direction of the Executive Committee of the IV-level Trade Union of the Rectorate and the operational direction of the Executive Committee of the Trade Union of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities for the 2023-2028 term.
Comrade Doan Viet Hai, Chairman of the IV Trade Union of the University's Executive Board for the term 2017-2023, presented the Report summarizing the activities of the IV Trade Union.
At the Congress, union members also engaged in lively discussions and offered practical suggestions for the next term of the IV School's Trade Union, emphasizing the need for continued innovation in professional work and operations; the development of a strong trade union organization; participation in Party building and membership development; and the promotion of emulation movements and study tours to contribute to the successful fulfillment of the trade union's tasks and the unit's professional duties.

The collective of Trade Union officials of the IV Rectorate unanimously approved the new tasks and operational directions for the 2023-2028 term.
In an atmosphere of unity, urgency, and transparency, the congress achieved great success and elected the Executive Committee of the IV Faculty Union for the 2023-2028 term with 3 members:

- Doan Van Luan
