Congress scene
The Presidium of the Congress consists of 3 comrades: Tran Xuan Hung, Pham Huy Cuong and Doan Viet Hai.
The Congress approved the Summary Report of activities of the 2017-2023 term, and gave opinions on the Operational direction of the Executive Committee of the IV Trade Union of the Rectorate and the Operational direction of the Executive Committee of the Trade Union of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities for the 2023-2028 term.
Comrade Doan Viet Hai, Chairman of the IV Trade Union of the School for the 2017-2023 term, presented the Summary Report on the activities of the IV Trade Union.
Also at the Congress, union members enthusiastically discussed and proposed a number of practical issues for the IV Trade Union Headquarters in the next term to continue to innovate in professional and technical work; develop a strong Trade Union organization; participate in Party building, develop Party members; promote emulation movements, study tours to contribute to the successful implementation of the tasks of the trade union and the professional tasks of the unit.

The collective of Trade Union IV of the Headquarters unanimously approved the new tasks and directions of activities for the 2023-2028 term.
In an atmosphere of solidarity, urgency and transparency, the congress achieved great success and elected the Executive Committee of the IV Trade Union of the School for the 2023-2028 term with 3 comrades:
