During the 2023-2025 term, the Faculty's Trade Union achieved many outstanding accomplishments: caring for the lives of its members, effectively coordinating with the administration, organizing emulation movements, and vibrant cultural, sports, and charitable activities; contributing to creating a humane, cohesive, and creative working environment. The Congress also provided an opportunity for members to contribute many heartfelt opinions to the draft report of the Faculty's Trade Union and the University's Trade Union, demonstrating a high sense of responsibility and solidarity.
In her keynote speech, Comrade Ngo Thi Kieu Oanh acknowledged and highly appreciated the efforts of the Faculty's Trade Union in the past period, while emphasizing the role of the Trade Union in creating a humane working environment, promoting emulation movements, and fostering unity among staff and lecturers throughout the University.

The Congress elected the Trade Union Executive Committee for the 2025–2030 term, consisting of three members: Vo Thi Minh Ha, Tran Thi Thu, and Vu Thi Thuy Van. The new Executive Committee demonstrates its determination to continue innovating, working alongside the University for the benefit of union members and the sustainable development of the Faculty.

The successful conclusion of the Faculty's Trade Union Congress affirms the strength of unity, faith, and humanistic spirit in each member of the Faculty's Trade Union, continuing to write a new journey – dynamic, creative, and full of enthusiasm.
