Attending and directing the congress were comrade Ngo Thi Kieu Oanh - President of the School's Trade Union, representative of the Standing Committee of the Trade Union of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities.
The Congress was attended by a large number of union members of the unit.
The Congress approved the Summary Report of activities for the 2023-2025 term and commented on the Operational Direction of the Executive Committee of the Trade Union of the Institute of Journalism and Communication for the 2025-2030 term; discussed and commented on the Draft Report of the Executive Committee of the Trade Union of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Term XXXII, for the 2025-2030 term.
The Congress was a great success and elected the Union Executive Committee for the 2025-2030 term with 3 comrades:
