University of Social Sciences and Humanities - VNU Hanoi

On November 28, 2025, the Trade Union of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi, solemnly held its 32nd Congress of Delegates for the 2025-2030 term, with the participation of 136 official delegates representing more than 500 union members throughout the University.

This afternoon, November 24, 2025, the Trade Union of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, VNU Hanoi, organized a ceremony to launch a campaign to support people in Central and Central Highlands regions in overcoming the severe damage caused by floods and heavy rains.

(Nhan Dan Newspaper) Not only is it a "common home" protecting the rights of workers, the Trade Union of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities has affirmed its role in accompanying the university in building a high-quality intellectual workforce, strong in expertise and pioneering in the integration of science and technology, especially Artificial Intelligence (AI).

Activities expressing gratitude, giving back, charity, and serving the community have always been a priority for the Trade Union Executive Committee, as well as receiving enthusiastic participation from a large number of union members. These are not only annual activities commemorating the War Invalids and Martyrs Day on July 27th, but are organized regularly, demonstrating the profound humanitarian spirit of the school's staff and union members.

The Congress, held on October 23, 2025, unanimously adopted a Resolution outlining the work direction and tasks for the 2025-2030 term and elected the Executive Committee of Trade Union III for the 2025-2030 term.

On the morning of October 20, 2025, the Trade Union of the Faculty of Information and Library Science solemnly held its Congress for the 2025-2030 term in room 506, building E, University of Social Sciences and Humanities.

On the afternoon of October 22, 2025, in room E302, the Trade Union of the Faculty of Oriental Studies solemnly held its Congress for the 2025-2030 term.

Community service programs always receive a positive response from all union members of the School.

On October 22, 2025, the Trade Union I of the Administrative Block solemnly held its Congress for the 2025-2030 term.

On the afternoon of October 21, 2025, in room E304, the Trade Union of the Faculty of Literature held its General Assembly for the 2025-2030 term in a joyful and enthusiastic atmosphere.

On the afternoon of October 20, 2025, the Trade Union of the Institute of Journalism and Communication Training solemnly held its Congress for the 2025-2030 term at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities.

On October 17, 2025, the Trade Union of the High School for Gifted Students in Social Sciences and Humanities successfully held its Congress for the 2025-2030 term.

On the morning of October 17, 2025, in room 307 – building E, University of Social Sciences and Humanities (VNU Hanoi), the Congress of the Trade Union of the Faculty of Linguistics, Vietnamese Language and Vietnamese Studies took place in a solemn, democratic, and united atmosphere. The Congress was honored to welcome Ms. Ngo Thi Kieu Oanh – President of the University's Trade Union – who attended and delivered a speech, acknowledging the achievements and outlining many important directions for the new term.

On the afternoon of October 17, 2025, at room E506, Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities – Vietnam National University, Hanoi, the Trade Union of the Faculty of Archival Studies and Office Management solemnly held its Congress for the 2025-2030 term. The Congress was honored to welcome Ms. Ngo Thi Kieu Oanh – President of the University's Trade Union – to attend and provide guidance. Representing the Faculty were Mr. Cam Anh Tuan – Party Secretary and Head of the Faculty, along with all union members.
