The period 2023-2025, especially 2025, marks the development in the scale and number of union members of Union III due to the implementation of the policy of streamlining the organization and personnel. As of October 2025, Union III of the Head Office Block currently has 41 union members (21 female and 20 male) working in the following units: Board of Directors (Principal); Department of Organization and Personnel; Department of Inspection, Legal Affairs and Quality Assurance; Department of Science, Foreign Affairs and Magazine; Office Block of the School Council and other organizations; Center for Foreign Languages and Training Cooperation. Of which, 2 union members have gone abroad for more than 12 months. In terms of qualifications, Union III currently has: 2 Professors, Doctors; 1 Associate Professor, Doctor; 6 Doctors; 25 Masters; 7 Universities.
During the 2023 - 2025 term, the III Headquarters Trade Union always received close guidance from the Party Cell and the superior trade union, along with the enthusiastic and responsible participation of union members, the III Headquarters Trade Union has achieved many achievements in all aspects.

The Congress also listened to delegates' comments on the summary report and directions for tasks and solutions in the coming term. The comments focused on a number of contents: promoting the role of the Trade Union organization in improving the professional capacity of each union member;
Some solutions were also proposed by delegates, emphasizing that the Union needs to change its organizational methods and innovate its operational forms to attract the participation of a large number of union members, in line with the school's general development strategy in the new context.
The Congress unanimously passed the Resolution with the direction and tasks for the 2025-2030 term, and a number of specific targets for the new term, including: 100% of union members have a firm and steadfast ideology, have a clear political viewpoint, and absolutely trust in the leadership of the Party and the State. Strictly comply with all guidelines, policies of the Party and laws of the State, participate in campaigns, learn and study resolutions according to the general direction of the Party and the superior Union. 100% of union members comply with the internal regulations of the agency, strictly comply with the democratic regulations in the unit, overcome all difficulties to complete assigned tasks well, and do not violate the union charter. Strive for 100% of union members to achieve the title of advanced worker, at least 15% of union members to achieve the title of emulation fighter at the grassroots level, and at least 15% of union members to be proposed for commendation at all levels.
The Congress elected the Executive Committee of the Trade Union III for the 2025 - 2030 term, consisting of 3 comrades: Comrade Nguyen Anh Viet, Comrade Nguyen Bich Dao, and Comrade Doan Van Luan.
The Congress elected 10 official delegates and 01 alternate delegate to attend the 32nd School Trade Union Congress, term 2025 - 2030.
