The period 2023-2025, especially 2025, marks a significant growth in the scale and number of union members of Union III due to the implementation of the policy of streamlining the organizational structure and personnel. As of October 2025, Union III of the Administrative Block currently has 41 union members (21 female and 20 male) working in the following units: Board of Directors (Rector); Personnel Department; Inspection, Legal and Quality Assurance Department; Science, External Relations and Journal Department; University Council Office and other organizations; Foreign Language and Training Cooperation Center. Of these, 2 union members have worked abroad for over 12 months. In terms of qualifications, Union III currently has: 2 Professors; 1 Associate Professor; 6 Doctors; 25 Masters; and 7 Bachelors.
During the 2023-2025 term, the Trade Union of the Faculty of Administration III always received close guidance from the Party Committee and the higher-level trade union, along with the enthusiastic and responsible participation of its members, and achieved many accomplishments in all aspects.
The Congress heard the report on the summary of work for the 2023-2025 term and the direction and tasks for the 2025-2030 term, as well as the review report for the 2023-2025 term, presented by the representative of the Executive Committee of Trade Union III of the Rectorate.
Comrade Nguyen Tich Nghi (Chairman of the Trade Union) presented the Report summarizing the activities of the Trade Union III for the term 2023-2025.
Comrade Nguyen Anh Viet (Vice Chairman of the Trade Union) presented the Report reviewing the 2023-2025 term.
The Congress also heard delegates' additional comments on the summary report and the direction, tasks, and solutions for the next term. The comments focused on several points: promoting the role of the Trade Union organization in improving the professional capacity of each union member;
Several solutions were also proposed by delegates, emphasizing that the Trade Union needs to change its organizational methods and innovate its activities to attract widespread participation from union members, in line with the school's overall development strategy in the new context.
The Congress unanimously adopted a Resolution outlining the work direction and tasks for the 2025-2030 term, with several specific targets for the new term, including: 100% of union members having firm and unwavering ideological stances, clear political views, and absolute trust in the leadership of the Party and the State. Strictly adhering to all policies and guidelines of the Party and the laws of the State, participating in campaigns, studying and learning resolutions as directed by the Party and the higher-level trade union. 100% of union members strictly complying with agency regulations, adhering to democratic regulations within the unit, overcoming all difficulties to successfully complete assigned tasks, and not violating the trade union charter. Striving for 100% of union members to achieve the title of advanced worker, at least 15% of union members achieving the title of outstanding worker at the grassroots level, and at least 15% of union members being nominated for awards at higher levels.
The Congress elected the Executive Committee of the Trade Union III for the term 2025-2030, consisting of 3 members: Comrade Nguyen Anh Viet, Comrade Nguyen Bich Dao, and Comrade Doan Van Luan.
The Congress elected 10 official delegates and 1 alternate delegate to attend the 32nd Congress of the University's Trade Union, term 2025 - 2030.
The Executive Committee of the Trade Union III of the Administrative Block for the term 2025-2030 was introduced at the Congress.
