Vice Chairman of the School Union Executive Committee Nguyen Van Thuy awarded the First, Second and Third prizes in the Men's Doubles category to the athletes.To be present in the Final, the players had to overcome many strong players, typical athletes from the department unions with very tense confrontations, many sets with scores tied 11-11. With their enduring physical strength, competitive spirit, enthusiasm, and high determination, the players brought the audience eye-catching matches.
Sharing after the tournament, many athletes commented: This year's tournament had very even technical levels among the players, so many matches had to go all 5 sets, closely followed and fought for each point. This year's staff table tennis tournament is not only an exciting sports competition - where athletes show their talent, strength, and technique, but also an extremely useful playground, meaningful moments of exchange, increasing the bond and solidarity between union members.
The success of the tournament was due first of all to the attention and facilitation of the Board of Directors, the Union Executive Committee, the Board of Directors of the faculties, departments, offices, and centers in the school. In addition, it is necessary to mention the professionalism and thoughtfulness in the organization, the dedicated competition of the players, and the enthusiastic cheering of the fans.
The 2025 staff table tennis tournament is also one of the practical activities to celebrate the 80th anniversary of communication and the 30th anniversary of the establishment of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities.
