Party Work Conference 2020

At the Conference, on behalf of the Party Committee, Comrade Nguyen Hieu (Party Committee Secretary) respectfully presented the Party Badge and sent congratulations to the Party members who had just received the noble title of the Party and the Party Cells where the Party members were active; at the same time, he hoped that the Party members would continue to promote their intelligence, sentiment, responsibility and enthusiasm to contribute to the development of the School's Party Committee in the coming time.

On behalf of the party members receiving the Party Badge, comrade Nguyen Hong Con expressed his gratitude to the Party Committee of the School for creating conditions for party members to complete their tasks, have the opportunity to train in an educational environment, and develop their capacity to contribute to the overall development of the School as well as to the scientific and educational cause of the country.

Representing the Party Cells with Party members receiving the Party Badge, Comrade Dao Duc Thuan (Party Cell Secretary, Head of the Department of Archival Studies and QTVP) expressed his thanks to the School Party Committee for creating all conditions for the Party Cells and individual Party members to contribute to the development of the School. At the same time, he congratulated, acknowledged and expressed gratitude to the veteran Party members who have contributed to the School over the past time, hoping and believing that the comrades receiving the 30-year and 40-year Party Badges today will continue to accompany the Party Cells, government leaders and mass organizations to continuously develop in the coming time.

Also at the Conference, Comrade Nguyen Hieu and the School Board presented flowers to thank the comrades who participated in the XXVII Party Committee and the Board of Directors in the past time, including: Comrade Nguyen Van Kim (former Party Committee Secretary, former Vice Principal), Comrade Pham Quang Minh (former Deputy Party Committee Secretary, former Principal), Comrade Tran Ngoc Lieu (former Party Committee member).

Comrade Nguyen Hieu presented flowers to thank the comrades who participated in the Party Committee of the 27th term.

The School Board of Directors gave gifts to thank the comrades who participated in the Board of Directors in the past time.

Implementing the direction of the Party Committee of Vietnam National University, Hanoi on the dissemination of the Resolution of the 6th Congress of Delegates of the Party Committee of Vietnam National University, Hanoi, at the Conference, Comrade Nguyen Hieu (Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Vietnam National University, Hanoi, Secretary of the Party Committee of the University) directly disseminated to all delegates some basic contents of the Resolution, on that basis, discussed the specific contents of the Party Committee in conjunction with the development of the action program and assigned working groups of the Party Committee to develop Resolutions and Conclusions of the Party Committee of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities for the period 2020 - 2025.

Next, the delegates attending the Conference discussed and gave their opinions on the draft Resolution of the School Party Committee on “Improving the leadership capacity of Party committees and inspection and supervision activities”. The delegates’ comments will be received, edited and submitted to the Party Committee for approval at the upcoming regular meeting.

In order to improve the Party work skills of the Party cell committees of the Party cells for the 2020-2022 term after the Party cell congresses, the delegates attending the Conference also listened to the sharing from comrade Nguyen Duc Ha, former Director of the Party Grassroots Department, Central Organization Committee on Party building work and notes to further improve the leadership capacity of the Party cells.
