Prof. Dr. People's Teacher Dinh Van Duc, Associate Prof. People's Teacher Le Mau Han. These are teachers of the "golden" generation of the former Hanoi University of Science and the present-day University of Social Sciences and Humanities. They have devoted almost their entire lives to research and teaching at the University, making important academic contributions to the establishment and development of the fields of study, creating a unique identity in social sciences and humanities research at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities.

Prof. Dr. Vu Duong Ninh is an expert in modern world history, modern international relations history, modern Southeast Asian history, and history of Vietnam's foreign relations. He has held the positions of Head of the World History Department, Faculty of History (1968-1976), Vice Head of the History Department (1992-1995), and Head of the Faculty of International Studies (1995-2000). He is currently the President of the School's Association of Former Teachers and regularly participates in the research and teaching activities of the School and the Faculty of International Studies.
