Friday - December 18, 2020 02:42
On December 16, 2020, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi, and the Forever 20 Foundation jointly organized the "Resilient Vietnam" program to commemorate the 76th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam People's Army, the 15th anniversary of the cultural event - the publication of "Dang Thuy Tram's Diary" and "Forever 20", and the announcement of two national records for the book series "Vietnam War Diaries".

Attending the program were Mr. Thang Van Phuc - Former Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Interior, President of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Record Holders Association; Doctor of Military Science, Hero of the People's Armed Forces, Lieutenant General Doan Sinh Huong - former Commander of Military Region 4, former Commander of the Armored Corps, Chairman of the Board of Management of the Forever 20 Fund; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tran Thi Minh Hoa - Vice Rector of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi.

The program attracted nearly 700 attendees, including guests and student representatives from the Youth of the Humanities, along with over 50 journalists and reporters from various news agencies covering the event. On that chilly winter evening, the entire hall was filled with emotion and a sense of calm, thanks to the meticulously prepared artistic performances by the SOL Art Club and the Youthful Flame Club. The shared experiences of historical witnesses, especially veterans Huynh Doan Sang and Nguyen Tan Mot from Duc Pho district, Quang Ngai province, transported the program back to the brutal years of war.
