Speaking at the Closing Ceremony, Principal Hoang Anh Tuan expressed his deep gratitude to the Evaluation Team. The results recognized by the Evaluation Team are extremely valuable encouragement, but the comments and recommendations are much more meaningful. In the past 6 days, the teachers have worked with a very strict but also very sincere and humane spirit, accurately pointing out the shortcomings of the 7 training programs. With the spirit of learning, listening to adjust, after today's session, the School is committed to resolutely innovating, building improvement plans, enhancing training quality, so that when the Evaluation Team returns to inspect the following sessions, they will see the changes. With the position of a university training and scientific research in the field of basic sciences, the Board of Directors always determines the strategy and motto of action: taking academia as the foundation but modernity must be the trend. Therefore, always improving and innovating is not only to improve training quality but also a decisive factor for the existence and development of the unit in the context of increasingly fierce competition today.

Dr. Nguyen Thi Kim Phung, on behalf of the Board of Directors of Thang Long Education Quality Assurance Center, expressed her gratitude to the University of Social Sciences and Humanities for accompanying and creating the best conditions for the Evaluation Team over the past week. And therefore, with the high sense of responsibility and dedication of the members of the Evaluation Team, the official survey was completed early and effectively. The preliminary report of the Evaluation Team highlighted the strengths that need to be promoted; but more importantly, it pointed out the shortcomings that need to be improved and adjusted; not only valuable for the accredited training programs and the school, but also of great significance to other higher education institutions. The University of Social Sciences and Humanities has always been a pioneer in assessing the quality of educational institutions and training programs, and the school's success has contributed to spreading the culture of assessment and quality culture throughout the higher education system in general. Hopefully in the coming time, the Center and the University will continue to carry out more cooperation activities in the field of quality assessment to contribute to improving the quality of education of the University, of VNU Hanoi as well as of the entire education sector.
At the end of the closing ceremony, Prof. Dr. Dang Ung Van (Head of the Evaluation Delegation); Dr. Nguyen Thi Kim Phung (Director of Thang Long Education Quality Assessment Center) and Prof. Dr. Hoang Anh Tuan (Principal of the School) signed the minutes of completion of the official survey and took souvenir photos with the attending delegates.
