Attending the Handover Ceremony, on behalf of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, there were Prof. Dr. Hoang Anh Tuan (Rector), Assoc. Prof. Dr. Lai Quoc Khanh (Vice Rector), along with representatives of the leaders of the Departments of Administration - General Affairs, Politics and Student Affairs, Cooperation and Development, Training, Planning - Finance and the Center for Training and Application of Information Technology. On behalf of the University of Technology, Vietnam National University, Hanoi (software development unit), there were Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Viet Ha (Rector), MSc. Vu Ba Duy (lecturer of the Faculty of Information Technology).
Nowadays, the application of information technology (IT) in education and training management, and administrative procedure settlement for students has become an inevitable trend. This is also a policy that the Ministry of Education and Training and Hanoi National University pay special attention to. To implement that policy, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities in collaboration with the University of Engineering and Technology, Hanoi National University has built a one-stop administrative procedure settlement support system for students of the University.
Vice Principal Lai Quoc Khanh - who directly directed the team to build the system shared: The policy of building a One-stop administrative procedure support system for students has been cherished by the School's leaders for a long time and was officially implemented from mid-July 2022. With the close direction of the School's leaders, the staff of the Information Technology Training and Application Center and the Departments of Politics and Student Affairs, Training, Planning - Finance, Administration - Synthesis have coordinated with experts from the University of Technology to actively deploy work items. By early September 2022, the system was completed on schedule. The School has organized two training sessions for staff directly using the system of related departments. Up to now, students have been able to access and use the utilities that the system brings. Vice Principal Lai Quoc Khanh emphasized that technology is an important means of support, but what is more important is the scientific nature of the work process, the sense of responsibility and affection that the school staff put into solving work related to students. Only when all of these are present can technology fully demonstrate its value.

On behalf of the system development team, Master Vu Ba Duy reported on the implementation process, goals, main functions and methods of management and use of the One-Stop system.

With the system, students only need to use the email account of Hanoi National University that they have been given to log in and request to resolve many administrative procedures completely online: Request for Student Certificate, Transcript, Request for Exam Postponement, Request for Exam Review, Request for Tuition Fee Postponement, Confirmation of Social Assistance, Confirmation of Bank Loan, Request for Re-issuance of Student Card, Request for Temporary Graduation Certificate, Request for Temporary Leave of Absence, Request for Continued Study, Request for Confirmation of Bus Ticket, Request for Course Transfer, Request for Student Internship Recommendation Letter, Request for Confirmation of Student Housing Rental Application, Update Profile.
All requests will be transferred to the relevant departments for processing. Information on status and processing results will be updated on the system and students can look it up.
Thus, this system will minimize the need for students to come to the School and do administrative procedures directly at the School's departments. In addition, students can track the progress and results of their requests through this system.

In addition, the system also provides relevant department staff with tools to manage, process, and respond online to student requests, thereby reducing staff time and effort when handling administrative procedures for students. Work quality and efficiency are also improved.
Speaking at the handover ceremony, Principal Hoang Anh Tuan congratulated and acknowledged the success of the plan to build a One-Stop Administrative Procedure Support System for students. Applying IT in university administration is an inevitable trend. In addition, the system was successfully built and operated effectively, demonstrating the University's commitment to innovating student management and support in the direction of: taking learners as the center, caring, consulting, and supporting learners better and better. Principal Hoang Anh Tuan also thanked the University of Technology for the close cooperation and believed that, in the coming time, the two schools will continue to have many effective cooperation activities in enhancing the application of information technology in training, scientific research, and university administration.

In his response at the Handover Ceremony, Principal Nguyen Viet Ha highly appreciated the idea of building a One-Stop Administrative Procedure Support System for students of the Board of Directors of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities. At the same time, he thanked the University for trusting and choosing the University of Technology as a partner in developing information technology application products. The University of Social Sciences and Humanities is the third unit in the Vietnam National University, Hanoi to deploy this software, showing that the digital transformation policy of the Vietnam National University, Hanoi is very correct. The University of Technology is ready to coordinate and support the University of Social Sciences and Humanities in the field of technology in the coming time.
