Implement training and operationalization of the University Quality Assurance and Ranking Portal.

Attending the training session were Assoc. Prof. Dr. Dang Thi Thu Huong (Vice Rector); Dr. Pham Huy Cuong (Director of the Center for Educational Quality Assurance); and representatives from training units and functional departments that will be responsible for implementing the operation of the Information Portal in the future.

Under the technical guidance of staff from the Institute for Educational Quality Assurance, VNU Hanoi, participants in the training session received an overview of the portal, its subsystems, and data entry functions relevant to each Faculty/Institute/Department and its functional offices.

Following the training session, the school will officially develop a plan for implementation across all units. The deployment and operation of the Information Portal is expected to go through two main phases:

- In Phase 1, stakeholders organize the data entry of their unit/school onto the Information Portal to consolidate, update, and manage information, ensuring the internal quality of the school.

- In Phase 2, stakeholders will receive training on the process of writing self-assessment reports/preparing evidence directly on the portal and entering data for university rankings.
