While preparing the self-assessment documents and supporting evidence for the four training programs, the Faculties and relevant departments have made efforts, but there will inevitably be some shortcomings and areas that are not yet scientifically organized. The University looks forward to receiving specific feedback from the faculty members of the Accreditation Team so that the departments can continue to improve.

Some members of the Evaluation Team also noted several points that needed to be added to the dossier, paying particular attention to evidence of community service and student support activities: textbooks, materials (data on students' online and in-person use of the Faculty library system, the university library, and the National University library); the dossier must demonstrate internal benchmarking and benchmarking with other universities in Vietnam and abroad when developing the curriculum; many pieces of legal evidence were missing and needed to be added.
