University of Social Sciences and Humanities, VNU is recognized for meeting educational quality standards (cycle 2)

This is an event, a milestone of special significance, affirming the position of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities in the education and training system of Vietnam.
Attending and awarding the Certificate to the School was the presence of Prof. Dr. Dang Ung Van (Former Principal of Hoa Binh University, Head of the External Evaluation Team). The University of Social Sciences and Humanities, VNU, Hanoi, was recognized as meeting educational quality standards (cycle 2) according to Decision No. 89/QD-TTKĐ dated July 25, 2022 and was granted the Certificate of Educational Quality Assessment No. 034/CEAHCM-TR dated July 25, 2022. This is a set of quality standards of the Ministry of Education and Training consisting of 25 standards with 111 criteria. The standards are divided into 4 groups, including: ensuring quality in strategy; ensuring quality in system; ensuring quality in operational functions (training, scientific research, connection - community service); and operational results.On behalf of the External Evaluation Team and the Center for Education Quality Assessment of Ho Chi Minh City National University, Prof. Dr. Dang Ung Van congratulated the achievements of the University; at the same time, expressed the hope that the University will have stronger improvements to enhance the quality, reputation and position of the University in the society and the country.
In his speech, Prof. Dr. Hoang Anh Tuan - Rector, on behalf of the staff, lecturers, students and pupils of the School, expressed his thanks to the Center for Education Quality Assessment of Ho Chi Minh City National University and the External Assessment Team for always demonstrating the spirit of "Objectivity - Transparency - Professionalism - Quality" during the assessment process, helping the School clearly identify its strengths and weaknesses to continue to continuously improve the quality of its activities. The Rector also expressed his gratitude to the Department of Quality Management - Ministry of Education and Training, leaders of Hanoi National University, and the Institute for Quality Assurance of Hanoi National University for always paying attention and supporting the School throughout the process of assessing the quality of educational institutions.
