
The machinery and equipment for the High School Student Competency Assessment Exam are ready.
The specific details are as follows:
1. Registration is not yet open for exam sessions 214, 215, and 216.
Due to the complex developments of the Covid-19 pandemic, the Vietnam National University, Hanoi's Examination Center is temporarily not opening the registration portal for the new high school student competency assessment exams for the 214th, 215th, and 216th exam sessions as planned. The registration schedule for these new exam sessions will be announced before June 20, 2021.
2. For candidates who have successfully registered for exam sessions 211, 212, and 213.
To ensure safety and prevent the spread of Covid-19, the VNU Testing Center will conduct the competency assessment exam under social distancing conditions.

2.1 Participants in the competition under social distancing conditions:
a) Being a candidate who has successfully registered for one of the exam sessions 211, 212, or 213;
b) Currently residing in an area with no confirmed COVID-19 cases, outbreaks, or where patients have been confirmed recovered by health authorities, or where quarantine/lockdown has ended;
c) Not being a close contact (F1) or close contact (F2) of the Covid-19 pandemic as of May 15, 2021.
d) Candidates who do not meet the eligibility requirements for the June 2021 exam will be allowed to take the exam when they meet the above conditions or when the Covid-19 pandemic is under control in the community. Note: The exam rescheduling software will filter and block candidates who do not meet the eligibility requirements and will only allow them to take the exam after the quarantine period ends or the Covid-19 pandemic is under control.
2.2 List of candidates eligible to register for exam shift changes due to social distancing:
The VNU Examination Center filters the list of candidates who meet the conditions stated in sections 2.1.a and 2.1.b and adds them to the exam schedule transfer system at chuyencathi.dgnl.edu.vn;
Candidates whose names are on the list in section 2.2.a and meet condition 2.1.c will have their exam session changed to take the National Competency Assessment Exam under social distancing conditions.
2.3 Procedure for registering to change exam sessions:
a) The VNU Examination Center plans to organize the exams under social distancing conditions for each exam session. Candidates for exam sessions 211 and 212 can register to change their exam session at chuyencathi.dgnl.edu.vn from 9:00 AM on June 5, 2021. Candidates are allowed to change their session on the same day or a different day before the exam session change system closes.

b) The software controls the number of candidates in each exam session (maximum 9-10 candidates/session) and the time they enter the exam room to ensure that no more than 10 candidates are present in the candidate reception area.
c) Three days before the exam, the VNU Examination Center will provide detailed instructions on exam procedures for candidates, including health declaration, the 5K message, items to bring into the exam room, and notification to family members to limit their presence at the exam area. Candidates must strictly adhere to the instructions of the VNU Examination Center before arriving at the exam location.
d) The registration period for changing exam sessions for each batch will be adjusted to suit the actual situation, the area where the candidates live, and the epidemic prevention area.
2.4 Exam schedule under social distancing conditions:
The exams will be held on multiple days a week from June 10th to June 30th at the following locations: VNU Hanoi Examination Center (125/260 testing machines) and University of Technology (125/250 testing machines). The schedule for registering for exam shift changes and the tentative exam organization is as follows:

The exam schedule may be adjusted or canceled depending on the developments of the Covid-19 pandemic. Candidates (batches 211-213) who did not register for the exam during the above period will continue to take the exam in July 2021.
2.5 Welcoming candidates:
At any given time (during a test session), the testing center will accommodate a maximum of 9-10 candidates for the National Competency Assessment Exam under social distancing conditions. Candidates must arrive at the testing center on time and proceed to the examination room according to their registered turn, maintaining a distance of 2.0 m. Examination procedures include: disinfection; temperature check; submission of a health declaration form; presentation of identity card/citizen identification card and examination notification slip; and listening to/watching instructions before entering the examination room. Candidates are required to wear face masks from the moment they enter the examination area.
Candidates exhibiting symptoms related to Covid-19 may be required to undergo a rapid SARS-nCoV-2 virus test at the examination site's medical room before entering the examination area.
Candidates who registered to change their exam session but did not show up will be considered to have withdrawn from the exam.
2.6 Candidates taking the exam:
Candidates should read the instructions at the examination location, check their scratch paper, receive their exam account slip, log in to their account to take the exam, and minimize close contact with invigilators.
The history of the candidates' actions and every move they make in the examination room is monitored and recorded by a computer. The examination room is equipped with a surveillance camera system.
After the exam time is over or after submitting the paper, the computer screen will display the exam score. Candidates should leave their scratch paper and exam account form at the exam location and sign the attendance list before leaving the exam room as instructed. The exam score certificate will be sent to the candidate's mailing address.

3. Organize centralized examinations after the Covid-19 outbreak.
Based on the pandemic situation, the Examination Center will organize centralized examinations immediately after the Covid-19 pandemic is under control. The scale of these centralized examination sessions will be 250-300 candidates per session/examination location.
