The objective of the training session is to unify the provision and management of information from the School level to the Department, Faculty, Institute, and Center levels, creating a unified information ecosystem within the School. The unit responsible for the training is Vietnam Open Source Development Joint Stock Company (VINADES).
At the event, VINADES technical staff instructed administrators of member units in the School on how to exploit, manage, provide, post information, articles, photos, videos on the Website system, ensuring that 100% of units use the website most proficiently. This contributes to serving the information and propaganda work about the activities of the units and the School in general.
The construction of the School's Information Portal and website and that of its units is part of the policy of building a digital university and the ONE VNU strategy (unity in diversity) of Hanoi National University. The websites of the units are both part of the common ecosystem of the School and have their own independence and identity. All websites are registered with the official domain name of VNU, creating an official identity for the units in the school. The system is built on the open source platform NukeViet.
