The training session aims to standardize the provision and management of information from the University level down to the Department, Faculty, Institute, and Center levels, creating a unified information ecosystem within the University. The training is conducted by Vietnam Open Source Development Joint Stock Company (VINADES).
At the event, VINADES' technical staff guided administrators from member units within the university on how to utilize, manage, provide, and upload information, articles, photos, and videos on the website system, ensuring that 100% of units are proficient in using the website. This contributes to the dissemination of information about the activities of the units and the university as a whole.
The construction of the University's portal and websites, along with those of its affiliated units, is part of the Vietnam National University, Hanoi's (VNU) digital university development initiative and ONE VNU strategy (unity in diversity). The websites of each unit are both part of the University's overall ecosystem and possess their own independence and identity. All websites are registered with VNU's official domain names, creating an official brand identity for each unit within the university. The system is built on the open-source NukeViet platform.
