Instructions for looking up results, confirming admission and planning for regular university admission in 2024

Candidates can look up the results of regular university admission, confirm online admission and prepare documents for direct admission to the University of Social Sciences and Humanities in 2024 according to the instructions below:
1. Look up admission results
From August 18, 2024, candidates can look up admission information on the website.HERE 
Candidates refer to the 2024 regular university admission scores of method 100HERE.
2. Confirm admission online
-Before 17:00 on August 27, 2024Candidates with successful results must confirm their admission online via their candidate account on the Ministry of Education and Training's admission system, access address:https://thisinh.thithptquocgia.edu.vn/.

4. Prepare application documents
Candidates prepare admission application including the following documents:
  1. Admission notice for candidates admitted to regular university in 2024: 01 original copy; (sent by post to the candidate's registered address on the Ministry of Education and Training's information portal);
  2. Certificate of high school graduation exam results in 2024 (for candidates taking high school graduation exam in 2024): 01 original;
  3. Proof of winning prizes, exam results, international certificates, international language certificates, disability certificates: 01 notarized copy (for candidates admitted by separate methods);
  4. CCCD: 03 notarized copies, for students who lose their CCCD card, they can print the card from VNeID software;
  5. Temporary graduation certificate: 01 original (for students graduating in 2024) or High school graduation certificate: 01 notarized copy (for students graduating before 2023);
  6. High school transcript or equivalent: 01 notarized copy or confirmation from the high school where the student graduated;
  7. Birth certificate: 01 notarized copy or Birth certificate extract;
  8. CV according to the attached form, with a photo stamped and certified by the local authority or head of the agency where the father (or mother) works;
  9. Certificate of preferential treatment according to subjects and social policies (if any): 02 notarized copies;
  10. Party activity transfer records and records, Youth Union activity book (if any);
  11. Health insurance card: 01 photocopy (or declaration if lost or no health insurance card):HERE
  12. Military Service Registration and Transfer Form; Male Student Information Declaration Form:HERE
  13. 02 4x6 photos, taken within 1 year of admission. Candidates must put the photos in a separate envelope, clearly write their full name, date of birth, major, and ID number on the back of the photo and on the outside of the envelope;
  14. Students under policy (regulations, application for tuition exemption):HERE
  15. Fees to be paid (specific to each major, see admission notice or contact the Hotline of the Planning and Finance Department for support)
*Note:
-For cases of using passports to take international language certificates, international certificates, HSA, candidates need to submit additionally: 01 notarized copy of the passport used in the above exam.
-Students need to proactively notarize their High School Transcript and High School Diploma in multiple copies to keep.

+ August 25, 2024 (Afternoon -13:30 to 17:00):Religious Studies, Philosophy, Archival Studies, Office Administration, International Studies, Sociology, Social Work, Vietnamese Studies, Psychology, Literature, Sino-Nom, History, Cultural Studies, Cinema and Popular Arts.
