4. Prepare your admission documents.Applicants should prepare the following documents for admission:
- Admission notice for candidates admitted to regular university programs in 2024: 1 original copy; (already sent by mail to the address registered by the candidate on the Ministry of Education and Training's portal);
- Certificate of results for the 2024 National High School Graduation Examination (for candidates taking the 2024 National High School Graduation Examination): 1 original copy;
- Proof of awards, exam results certificates, international certificates, international foreign language certificates, disability certificates: 01 notarized copy (for candidates admitted through separate methods);
- Citizen Identity Card: 3 notarized copies. Students who have lost their Citizen Identity Card can print a new one from the VNeID software.
- Temporary graduation certificate: 01 original copy (for candidates graduating in 2024) or High school diploma: 01 notarized copy (for candidates graduating before 2023);
- High school transcript or equivalent: 01 notarized copy or a copy certified by the high school where the student graduated;
- Birth certificate: 01 notarized copy or birth certificate extract;
- A resume in the attached format, with a photograph affixed and stamped with a seal, and certified by the local government or the head of the agency where the father (or mother) works;
- Certificate of eligibility for preferential treatment based on social policy (if any): 2 notarized copies;
- Party membership transfer documents and records, Youth Union membership book (if any);
- Health insurance card: 1 photocopy (or declaration form if lost or unavailable):HERE

- Two 4x6 photos, taken no more than one year prior to the enrollment date. Applicants should place the photos in a separate envelope, clearly writing their full name, date of birth, chosen major, and ID card number on the back of the photo and on the outside of the envelope;

For candidates using a passport to take international language proficiency tests, international certificates, or HSA exams, they need to submit the following additional document: 01 notarized copy of the passport used in the exam.
