2. Assigning tasks
To ensure the effective enrollment process for students of the QH-2024-X cohort, the University respectfully requests that the heads of all units implement the following tasks:
2.1. Department of Politics and Student Affairs
- Develop an overall plan and act as the direct point of contact to coordinate with relevant units in implementing the enrollment activities for students of the QH-2024-X cohort.
- Directly handle matters related to policies and regulations when students enroll.
- Directly receiving students who enroll outside of the scheduled time.
- Preparation: Instruction manuals, diagrams, relevant forms; field covers, seating, drinking water, paper cups, banners, backdrop, hashtags…
2.2. Departments, Youth Union - Student Association, Party Committee Office
- The Administrative and General Affairs Department will assign staff to ensure security during the student enrollment process. They will also coordinate with the Hanoi National University Hospital to assign medical staff to be on duty.
- The Training Department will assign staff to review the admission documents and sign to confirm that the student meets the admission requirements on the Student Acceptance Certificate.
- The Planning and Finance Department will assign staff to collect tuition/fees and other charges as stipulated at the reception area.
- The Party Committee Office is on duty to guide and receive applications for transferring Party membership for student Party members.
- The Youth Union and Student Association of the University: will send 50 volunteers to provide support on the afternoon of August 24th and all day on August 25th (please send the list to the Student Affairs and Student Activities Office (room 101, building E) and a soft copy via email: ctsv@sv.ussh.edu.vn before 11:00 AM on August 19th, 2024); assign Youth Union and Student Association officials to collect membership books and organize Youth Union and Student Association activities.
- The Center for Communications and Information Technology assigned staff to film and report on the event.
2.3. Institutes/Faculties/Departments under its direct supervisionAssign staff to participate in welcoming and receiving student enrollment documents according to the specified time, location, and number at the designated reception rooms during the specified period, and send the list (using the provided template) to the Student Affairs and Student Support Office (room 101, building E) and a soft copy via email: ctsv@sv.ussh.edu.vn before 11:00 AM on August 20, 2024.
3. The school requests that member units of VNU cooperate in implementing the following contents:
- The Me Tri Dormitory Management Board cooperates with the University in advising and approving accommodation for students according to the specified criteria.
- The Dental and Maxillofacial Clinic of the University Medical Center - VNU Hanoi is organizing free dental consultations and examinations for students of the QH-2024-X cohort at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities.
- The Information and Library Center of VNU Hanoi, in coordination with the University, will provide necessary information to enable students to effectively utilize the Center's services for their studies.
