Faculty members of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi, welcome the new students of cohort K69.
Today, August 25, 2024, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU-USSH) welcomed 2,300 new students of the QH-2024-X cohort. Accordingly, the students completed online enrollment confirmation through their candidate accounts on the Ministry of Education and Training's admissions system and submitted their enrollment documents to the university.
The school implemented a coordinated approach to welcoming and collecting student enrollment documents, with the participation of faculty members from all departments/institutes, centers, and functional offices, to ensure that the students' first activities at their new school went as smoothly as possible.

Associate Professor Bui Thanh Nam - Vice Chairman of the University Council and Head of the Training Department, stated that after the admission results were approved by the Ministry of Education and Training, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi, has implemented preparatory steps to welcome new students into the new academic year. All aspects, from reception and facilities to the orientation program, have been carried out synchronously by the faculties/institutes, departments, and functional centers.
Congratulating the new students on becoming members of VNU-USSH, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Bui Thanh Nam shared: “I wish the K69 students good health, abundant energy, the ability to embrace all new knowledge, and participation in the activities that the university has prepared for you.”

The new students of cohort K69 have completed the initial procedures to begin their new academic year at VNU-USSH.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Huong - Parent of student Nguyen Khanh Linh (K69, Faculty of Oriental Studies) shared her joy on the first day of her daughter's visit to VNU-USSH.
Sharing her joy on the first day of her daughter's enrollment, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Huong, parent of student Nguyen Khanh Linh (K69, Faculty of Oriental Studies), said that she and her family are proud that her daughter has fulfilled her dream of becoming a student at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi - a university with a long history and a leading institution in training in the field of social sciences and humanities. Ms. Huong expressed: "Upon entering the gates of the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities, receiving the dedicated guidance of the teachers and volunteer students, we felt truly reassured entrusting our daughter to study at the university for the next four years."
Following the enrollment day, the new students of the QH-2024-X cohort will begin their first activities of the new academic year, as detailed below:
1. Student Integration Week- Time:
From August 26, 2024 to August 30, 2024(Morning: 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM; Afternoon: 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM).
- Location: Auditorium on the 8th floor of building E
2. Medical check-ups for students- Time:
From August 28, 2024 to August 30, 2024(Morning: 8:00 AM to 11:30 AM; Afternoon: 1:30 PM to 5:00 PM)
- Location: Lecture halls on the first floor and courtyard of building G
3. Visit the traditional exhibition room.- Time:
From August 26, 2024 to August 30, 2024(Morning: 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM; Afternoon: 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM).
- Location: Traditional Room, 2nd floor, Building E
4. Students are organized into course classes:Students learn about the faculty's organization, elect class representatives, form temporary student union/association branches, learn about the training programs of their majors, receive training program advice, and get the timetable for the first semester of the 2024-2025 academic year.
K69 students begin their specialized studies according to the timetable.
