The Admissions and Career Guidance Program of Tuoi Tre Newspaper in collaboration with the Ministry of Education and Training, the General Department of Vocational Education (Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs) has been in operation for 22 years. Over the years, the program has been a bridge of information between the Ministry of Education and Training, higher education institutions, vocational education and millions of candidates and parents across the country.
According to journalist Nguyen Hoang Nguyen - Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Tuoi Tre newspaper, starting in 2002, the Admissions and Career Guidance program initiated by Tuoi Tre newspaper has organized more than 300 programs and festivals, attracting about 3 million parents and students to attend in person or online.
The program contributes to providing timely information about the exam and admission season for millions of students, directly and thoroughly answering candidates' concerns and questions, and guiding candidates to make appropriate choices at important crossroads in life.

She said that 10th grade students have to start choosing a subject combination based on their career orientation, but there is a lack of information about career guidance.
Sharing at the discussion, Ms. Nguyen Thi Nhiep - Principal of Chu Van An High School (Hanoi) said that at the beginning of each school year, school leaders must directly discuss with parents and students of each class, to help students have a study plan based on the set goals. This is necessary for students to have a plan, motivation and not get tired when having to focus on the final stage.
Therefore, early career guidance information is very important for students. According to experts, career guidance and career registration consultancy activities will be more effective when the career guidance and consultancy program is organized after universities and colleges announce their enrollment plans and the Ministry of Education and Training issues regulations on high school graduation exams and enrollment regulations.
The opinions at the seminar will be listened to by Tuoi Tre newspaper to build an effective Admissions and Career Counseling program, close to the actual needs of society, continuing to be a bridge between state management agencies, training institutions and students and their parents.
