Candidates can check their admission results for regular undergraduate programs, confirm their enrollment online, and prepare their application documents for in-person enrollment at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities in 2023 according to the instructions below:

From August 24, 2023 to before 5:00 PM on September 8, 2023, successful candidates are required to confirm their enrollment online through their candidate account on the Ministry of Education and Training's admissions system, accessible at:
https://thisinh.thithptquocgia.edu.vn/.
3. Prepare admission documents.
Applicants should prepare the following documents for admission:
- Admission notice for candidates admitted to regular university programs in 2023;
- Original copy of the 2023 High School Graduation Examination Results Certificate (for candidates who took the 2023 High School Graduation Examination);
- Proof of award or certificate of exam results: 01 notarized photocopy (for candidates admitted through separate methods);
- Identity Card/Citizen Identification Card: 2 notarized photocopies; Certificate of residence information in case of loss of Citizen Identification Card/Citizen Identification Card;
- High school diploma or equivalent: original and one notarized photocopy (for candidates who graduated before 2023) or original Temporary Graduation Certificate (for candidates who graduated in 2023);
- High school transcript or equivalent: original and one notarized photocopy or copy certified by the high school where the student graduated;
- Birth certificate: 1 certified copy or photocopy;
- Resume/CV (using a template)(here)It must have a photograph affixed with a seal overlapping the photograph and a certification from the local government or the head of the agency where the father (or mother) works;
- Certificate of eligibility for preferential treatment based on social policy (if any): 2 notarized photocopies;
- Party membership transfer documents and records, Youth Union membership book (if any);
- Health insurance card: 1 photocopy (or a completed form as attached if the health insurance card is lost or unavailable);
- Military Service Registration and Transfer Form; Male Student Information Declaration Form (according to template)(here);
- Two 2x3 photos, taken no more than one year prior to the enrollment date. Applicants should place the photos in a separate envelope, clearly writing their full name, date of birth, chosen major, and their ID/citizen identification number on the back of the photo and on the outside of the envelope;
