From early morning, in the autumn weather of Hanoi with gentle breeze, golden sunshine, cool air, the yard of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities had hundreds of new students with their parents and relatives eagerly coming to do the admission procedures.

Ms. To Thi Hai Yen (from Hanoi, parent of Nguyen Tuan Kiet, a new student of K68 majoring in Psychology) shared: “
Although with the IELTS and National High School results, I can register and have a high chance of being admitted to some other universities, I still firmly choose Psychology at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities as the place to study for 4 years of university. Because I have researched very carefully and am determined to pursue, my family also fully supports and accompanies me.

When asked why he chose to major in Psychology at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Nguyen Tuan Kiet excitedly shared: “
I have researched this major very carefully and know that Psychology is taught in many schools, but I have decided to register my first choice at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities. Because here I have the opportunity to research and study with teachers who are leading experts, meet and exchange with many excellent students, and have a dynamic and modern learning environment. These are certainly favorable conditions for me to learn more about the Psychology major that I love.”
Although the school is located in the remote Dien Bien province and the school start date is in the afternoon, Ms. Vi Hong Phuong and her daughter were present at the school early in the morning. She confided: “
When we received the results of my child's admission to the school, my family was extremely happy and proud because my child had achieved what he dreamed of. When he chose Religious Studies, my family was worried. But when he shared: Currently, there are still quite a few young people who understand religion well, so I want to learn and experience new knowledge about customs, beliefs, and religions.
