On behalf of the School's Board of Directors, Associate Professor Dr. Lai Quoc Khanh (Vice Rector of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities) sent warm congratulations to the new PhDs who have overcome difficulties and hardships to successfully complete their studies at the School. The Vice Rector hopes that in the future, the new PhDs will continue to maintain contact with the department, faculty and the School. The postgraduate students major in Journalism, Political Science, Ho Chi Minh Studies, Southeast Asian Studies, Chinese Studies, Han Nom, History of the Communist Party of Vietnam, World History, Archival Studies, Vietnamese Language, Comparative Linguistics, Anthropology, Science and Technology Management, International Relations, Psychology, CNDVBC and CNDVLS, Literary Theory, Vietnamese Literature, Folklore, and Sociology.

On behalf of the new PhDs, PhD student Duong Huy Duc (History major) shared that the University of Social Sciences and Humanities is a place where students can discuss and create knowledge, and receive guidance from teachers about knowledge, working methods, and professional experience. The learning and training process at the University has helped the PhD students grow both intellectually and personally. He expressed his thanks to the entire Board of Directors, lecturers, and administrative and service staff of the University for creating the best learning environment for the PhD students.

The Department of Politics and Student Affairs also announced the decision to reward 04 graduate students graduating in the first batch of 2021 for excellently completing their tasks: Doan Thi Thu Huong (majoring in International Relations), Nguyen Thi Nhu (majoring in Southeast Asian Studies), Huynh Thanh Loan (majoring in World History), Le Thi Bich Thuy (majoring in Comparative Linguistics).
