Therefore, the close and effective cooperation between the University of Social Sciences and Humanities and Chinese universities not only gives students the opportunity to study abroad but also contributes to strengthening the friendship between the two countries. On behalf of the school's leadership, Associate Professor, Dr. Dang Thi Thu Huong would like to express her sincere thanks to the teachers from Chinese schools who spent their precious time traveling thousands of kilometers to come to our school with the students.
Sharing at the ceremony, Associate Professor Dr. Trinh Cam Lan, on behalf of the Board of Directors and all teachers of the Faculty of Linguistics, sent a warm welcome and thanked you for trusting and choosing the University of Social Sciences and Humanities as a place to study and experience life in Vietnam.
The Head of the Linguistics Department affirmed: During your time studying here, you will be “bathed” in Vietnamese culture, seeing, hearing, experiencing Vietnamese culture and life, seeing with your own eyes things that you could only know through books or stories from teachers and seniors. Although the time is not too long, it will definitely be a very meaningful time, a beautiful memory in your 4 years of university. We are honored to accompany you during your time studying here, as well as later when you have the opportunity to study and visit our country.
With a rich and fluent Vietnamese vocabulary, Chu Tuyet Phuong (student of Vietnamese language department, Guangxi University) representing the students attending the 2023-2024 course, expressed her emotion when being welcomed very thoughtfully, enthusiastically and warmly by the Board of Directors and teachers.

Chu Tuyet Phuong shared: Choosing and studying Vietnamese for me is a "fate". Even though I had a precious opportunity to change my major later, I still chose Vietnamese to follow this path. Before coming here, I, like many Chinese students, knew the brand of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities in teaching Vietnamese to foreigners, in training and researching Vietnamese culture. Therefore, we will cherish this opportunity to understand as much as possible about the Vietnamese language, the country and the people of Vietnam. Whether during our time studying here or after returning to our country, we will definitely become a bridge of friendship between China and Vietnam, contributing to promoting culture and enriching the good relationship between the two brotherly countries.
