Recently, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU-USSH) respectfully sent congratulatory letters to new graduates with outstanding academic and training achievements, and also provided information about the opportunity to apply for master's programs through the application review method.

Over 1,200 new graduates received their diplomas, confidently embarking on a new journey.

This is the university's recognition of the students' persistent efforts throughout their studies at the Faculty of Humanities. The bachelor's degree not only marks the completion of a journey but also opens opportunities for them to continue their studies, conduct in-depth research, develop their professional skills, and gradually achieve higher goals on their academic path.

According to the regulations for master's degree admissions, candidates who meet the requirements can apply through the application review method. Specifically, students who graduated from a regular university program in the relevant field with a GPA of Excellent or higher within the last 12 months have the opportunity to apply if their program meets the current standards and conditions of the Vietnam National University, Hanoi and the Ministry of Education and Training. The selection process is based on the application, the chosen field of study, academic results, and specific criteria for each program.

In addition, students who have graduated from a regular university program in the relevant field, achieving a GPA of "Good" or higher within 12 months from the date of graduation to the time of application, and who have been enrolled in talent, advanced, internationally standardized, high-quality, or accredited programs, may be considered under this method.

On July 17-18, 2026, the university awarded diplomas to over 1,206 students who met the graduation requirements in the second graduation ceremony of 2026. Among them were students who completed their training programs in just three years; many international students from various countries; and 43 students who received two bachelor's degrees, accounting for 4% of the total graduating class. Notably, 752 students qualified directly for master's degree programs, representing 62%; and 81 students decided to continue their studies in postgraduate programs. In addition, 687 students found employment, representing 57% of the total graduating class in this ceremony.

The students' achievements are a testament to the studious spirit, perseverance, and creative thinking of students at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities. The opportunity to continue their studies at the master's level will help them enhance their knowledge, develop independent research skills, expand their career possibilities, and prepare the necessary foundation to pursue doctoral studies in the future.

With a diverse range of training programs in the social sciences and humanities, a team of experienced lecturers, and a specialized, interdisciplinary, and integrated academic environment, the University is always ready to accompany students on their journey of knowledge development.

The University of Social Sciences and Humanities welcomes its new graduates back to the lecture halls with a new status: postgraduate students and future researchers, continuing to uphold the traditions of the Faculty of Literature, General Studies, and Humanities and making practical contributions to the development of the country.
