Assoc.Prof.Dr. Dao Thanh Truong - Vice Rector of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities expressed his sincere thanks to Prof. Sarah Turner for taking the time to share her knowledge and skills in writing research proposals with the University's staff. As a leading training and research institution in the social sciences and humanities in Vietnam, the University always aims to improve the quality of training and scientific research of its lecturers and staff. The Vice Rector believes that Prof. Sarah Turner's presentation will bring new aspects and new experiences on how to write a practical and convincing research proposal.

Prof. Sarah Turner shared at the training session: Designing research objectives and questions is one of the basic skills in scientific research. However, at present, many training and research institutions in the world still have proposals that are not written appropriately and do not meet international standards. The training session focused on solving each problem in research, specifically:
- How to write research questions and research objectives that meet international standards
- Instructions for asking short, concise research questions that still attract the reader's attention
- Distinguish and guide how to write international standard conceptual frameworks and theoretical bases
- Advanced understanding of research methods
Lecturers attending the training session had the opportunity to directly exchange, practice and receive comments and corrections on the spot from Professor Sarah Turner.
