Student and faculty exchangeOne of the main contents of the working session was the student and lecturer exchange program between VNU-USSH and Texas Tech University. This program aims to provide students and lecturers of both universities with the opportunity to experience studying and researching in an international environment, thereby improving the quality of training and broadening academic vision.
Organizing scientific seminarsThe two sides agreed to organize scientific seminars on the topic of Vietnam-US Archives and History. These seminars are not only an opportunity to share knowledge and research experience but also a forum to promote research cooperation and develop scientific projects related to the history and culture of the two countries.
Collaboration in research and translation of historical documentsAnother important highlight of the working session was the cooperation between VNU-USSH students and experts from Texas Tech University in identifying and translating documents recording the history of the two countries. This is an opportunity for students to directly participate in practical research projects, while contributing to the preservation and promotion of the historical values of Vietnam and the United States.
Texas Tech University Supports the Construction of Academic Storage Space at USSH HanoiThe two sides agreed to create a space to store academic documents with an easily accessible system for students and lecturers, whereby the Vietnam Archives and Research Center will share important archival resources about Vietnam for the University's staff and students to use widely. This archival system will be a valuable resource for researchers and scholars, helping them easily access and use the documents necessary for their work.
The working session between VNU-USSH and Texas Tech University was successful, opening up many new opportunities for cooperation in the fields of education and scientific research. This is an important first step in building a sustainable and developing partnership between the two universities, contributing to improving the quality of education and research, and promoting understanding and cooperation between Vietnam and the United States.
