Receiving the delegation from the Hanoi Department of Education and Training.

On May 22, 2020, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities (USSH) received and held a working meeting with a delegation from the Hanoi Department of Education and Training led by Mr. Le Ngoc Quang (Deputy Director of the Department). Welcoming the delegation were Prof. Dr. Pham Quang Minh (Rector of the University), Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Quang Lieu (Principal of the High School for the Gifted in Social Sciences and Humanities), along with representatives from relevant departments of the USSH and the leadership of the High School for the Gifted in Social Sciences and Humanities.

The working session aimed to assess the progress of implementing the investment project for obtaining an educational operating license for the High School for Social Sciences and Humanities, in accordance with the regulations of the Government and the Ministry of Education and Training. The working group from the Department conducted inspections and reviews of the following items: organizational structure and staff, facilities, professional work, financial work, and student recruitment.

Professor Pham Quang Minh welcomed the delegation from the Hanoi Department of Education and Training.

The inspection results showed that the preparation work of the High School for Social Sciences and Humanities basically met the criteria in the necessary categories. The inspection team highly appreciated the school's preparation work and also made some necessary recommendations.

Mr. Le Ngoc Quang, on behalf of the working group of the Hanoi Department of Education and Training, read the conclusions of the inspection.

On behalf of the leadership of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Professor Pham Quang Minh expressed his gratitude for the close inspection and supervision by the working group from the Hanoi Department of Education and Training. The university will take note of and incorporate the group's feedback so that the High School for Social Sciences and Humanities can be granted an operating license and officially begin student enrollment in the near future.
