Ribbon cutting ceremony for multifunctional classroom and smart classroom
At the ceremony, Prof. Dr. Hoang Anh Tuan (Rector of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities) and Mr. Choi Jea-Jin (Chief Representative of the KF Office in Hanoi) cut the ribbon to inaugurate the project to upgrade the regular classrooms of the Korean Studies major to smart classrooms and modern multi-purpose rooms. This upgrade is not only of practical significance for current online teaching and learning, but also for direct teaching and learning as well as seminars and conferences in the future.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Choi Jae-Jin (Chief Representative of KF Office in Hanoi) highly appreciated the efforts of the Faculty of Oriental Studies in implementing and completing the project of upgrading smart, multi-functional classrooms in the context of the Covid-19 pandemic. Through supporting the upgrading of classrooms, KF wants to improve the quality of Korean studies training at the Faculty and the School. He hopes that in the coming time, the relationship between KF and the School will continue to develop, and more and more cooperation projects will continue to be implemented.

On behalf of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Prof. Dr. Hoang Anh Tuan (Rector of the University) expressed his joy that the classrooms of the Department of Korean Studies and the Faculty of Oriental Studies have become more modern and convenient. The investment interest of international partners such as KF and Samsung over the past decades has been a great source of encouragement and motivation for the Faculty and the Department; helping the Korean Studies major maintain its position and reputation, creating conditions for further expansion of training quotas in the coming school years. The close cooperation between the University and Korean partners also contributes to the Vietnam-Korea educational relationship in general.

Next, 15 KF scholarships, each worth 250 USD, were awarded to excellent Korean Studies students and students with difficult circumstances but still achieving good results in their studies. This is an encouragement for each student receiving the scholarship, helping them always strive to achieve high results in their studies and training.
